I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's not perfect. Had it for2 weeks now. Good fridge space for being a small fridge. Its perfect for 3 people. The freezer is very small though. So I'll have to get a stand alone freezer for any storage. The door storage is also pretty tight but it's workable.

This is our second French door Samsung fridge. We changed to stainless appliances. This is the first fridge with an ice maker that really works! The water in the side of the fridge took some getting used to but now we are very happy with everything. We got this one as we really like the side drawer.

Our fridge died suddenly & we needed a new one. Best Buy has amazing customer service & was able to get this fridge (we got a scratch & dent) delivered same day. This fridge is beautiful. Love the temperature controls & the deli drawer. Highly recommend!

Have been changing all the kitchen appliances to stainless steel and on reading the reviews we went to the Samsung Brand.So glad we did the fridge is so heavy and well made and looks really sharp in the kitchen.If it is possible to be in love with a fridge then Iam.

The product has an excellent look, great storage options, and I love the top fridge/bottom freezer. We use the fridge much more than the freezer and things are much easier to store and find. I am very happy we made the change from the tradition top freezer.

I love this fridge! No issues, easy set up, love the water feature, produces ice quickly, lots of bright LED light and the ability to cool it down quickly after being open for the grocery shopping fill up is also nice.

We have an older model of this refrigerator in another house which worked very well. Pros: - Rack space & style, can keep lot of stuff - Best value for $ Cons: - Makes the sound when the water starts to come into ice maker. Not a huge issue for us. I gave four star rating for this reason

Much more freezer capacity w 2-drawer freezer at the bottom. Much better than side by side. Water filter difficult to remove and replace Disappointed that my fancy ‘black stainless’ color is only on the door. Not the sides.

Our old refrigerator failed three days before we were to leave on a trip. We found this model to fill all of our needs. We check pricing and availability fro several suppliers and decided on Best Buy. They met a discount offered by another and had great availability. It was delivered two days later.

I bought this fridge because I wanted an ice maker and water from the fridge without a huge troublesome dispenser. I couldn't be happier. I also love the french doors and the bottom freezer. Nothing too fancy but a great clean look and a very functional refrigerator.

Refrigerator works well and is very stylish. Within weeks, one of the door shelves/basket feel and cracked. It was due to pulling something out of the basket below and hitting into it. They aren’t very secure. Trying to find a replacement wasn’t easy.

This is a very versatile fridge... sliding shelves, and simple adjustability. Lots of room for all of my needs, and great looking! The only thing I would change is the water dispenser: it’s inside the fridge and not through-the-door.

Fridge had all the features we wanted, side by side with lower freezer unit with inside ice and water dispensers Only problem has been the ice maker tends to overfill the tray causing some to fall into the lower freezer compartment or onto the floor. No adjustment mentioned in the manual

Bought this the same day as the stove! Love the twin cooling! Produce stays crispy! A must for me. Love the interior water dispenser! Much more hygienic than outside dispensers! Ample space in freezer. Separated areas for ice cream products and frozen vegetables! Love the separate cheese drawer!

I love the organization in the frig section. The pull-out ice cube tray is great and easy to access. however, The width dimensions advertised is 35 3/4 but the actual width is 36 inches. I have a 36 inch space to put it in and had to shave the cabinets to get it to fit into my space. Overall, this is a great buy for the price.

Wider by 3”, so had to remove a kitchen cabinet, but well worth the trouble. Nice. Food lasts longer. Water dispenser is a bit awkward, but freezer and ice dispenser are great. Soooo much more room. Beautiful appliance. Love it.

Overall all I like the fridge. The only thing I hate is the freezer drawer. It does not open far enough to easily get ice out of the ice bin. It feels like the drawer needs to open a few more inches.

Nice large fridge. Very happy only thing I dont like overtime especially if you spill any liquid its hard to remove some parts to clean the spill and it cant come out. Dont like that other than that I love the fridge!
