Received an open box refrigerator instead and appointment to trade out was not successful due to COVID-19. No one informed me that there was going to be a change. Other than that. I am happy with my purchase.

This refrigerator is large & has a lot of features. Make sure your space is large enough. You also have a lot of separate storage compartments. The freezer is also spacious. It’s really pretty.

Everything about the refrigerator is excellent, especially for those who do not want a lot of extra features. The one issue (which may be a problem with all lower freezer models) is that amount of storage and the ability to see or access the frozen items.

Loving our new refrigerator. Lots of room, looks great and has awesome features with cooling. Having trouble, however, with our ice maker but planning to call Samsung and see if they can help with trouble shooting.

We recently ordered a new fridge for our new home. Best Buy had not only the best prices but the best delivery options, I would highly recommend their services. Very happy with the results of our purchase.

Have had this fridge almost 2 months and all of the negatives i have read on these reviews has not happened to me. Delivery was quick, the fridge is quiet but I am not using the water or ice. power freeze and chill is amazing for quickly cooling items in the fridge,

Purchased this fridge for our new home and it is gorgeous! It's a great size - holds a ton without taking up the entire kitchen. I read some reviews about this fridge making loud noises, but I haven't noticed anything other than your normal 'fridge' noise.

This is really a nice fridge. The only complaint we have is that the doors came misaligned, both vertically and horizontally. Also, the left door handle is a bit higher than the other one and it is not from the door alignment. Otherwise, we love it.

Ive had the fridge for about 2 weeks. I like the bottom freezer, and the size in general. I do not like how dirty it gets so quickly. I also feel the shelves dont allow for many tall items only the doors do. Overall not bad.

Got to my house on time was very professional respectful of my house where very careful not to break anything show me how to operate the fridge hope when I have a big order there the young men I get again

had this fridge at our old house, liked it enough and it fit the new house so we bought it again. only downside is when the bins in the doors break they are like $75 each... little expensive

I have not had any issue with this product. It runs quietly and functions as designed, i.e. keep the temperatures in the cooling and freezer sections constant as set. I have had it for only a month. Whether it will continue its great performance remains to be seen.

Great amount of space. Every rack is adjustable which is a lifesaver for fitting everything in. I do wish doors would close themselves from a curtin point (more suction) and that they would have offered it in Fingerproof Finish

The delivery person told us it won't fit well between the counter and the wall so we cancel the order and change it for a LG which works perfectly. The Best Buy service from the store to the delivery and installation was great.

I love my new fridge , I ordered this because my son had the same one and it was great so I got the same one but a newer edition , Samsung products are always good. I checked around and Best Buy had the Best price for this model .

I would of given it a higher rating but we are having issues with the service dept at Best Buy. The only complaint about the refrigerator itself is the ice maker makes a lot of noise.

Purchased this to upgrade my old side-by-side, love the space and different configurations for the fridge. The door shelves are very spacious and solid. The in-door water dispenser is cool, but a little difficult to access with larger cups or bottles.

Absolutely love our new fridge. ONLY con is the water dispenser. It's really tough to get any cup to work without having to use your hand. I love how the ice machine is underneath in the freezer so no room is wasted in the fridge. overall, it's great!

The perfect size Refrigerator! I love having the water dispenser on the inside for a sleeker look on the outside and having the ice maker in the freezer compartment gives more storage space on the door and in the main compartment.

We haven’t had it very long but so far it’s everything we wanted. It pretty much has everything you need without going overboard with too much tech. Wish we would have bought one of these months ago.
