I try to buy Samsung appliances as needed. This one didn't disappoint. Had a small issue with a door screw backing out but it was an easy fix. Great product for the price.

We had an almost identical model to this one and loved it. We moved and sold it. We did not want the outside water & ice maker, since we rarely used it. Loved all the shelving and drawers. Efficient use of space.

Only small complaints is the ice bin can be kinda loud until you’re used to it. But with small kids we like not having water and ice in the door. Best part is the black stainless, cleans so easily

This fridge works great, keeps everything cold, I like the water spout being on the inside so it hides it from just being out. The ice dispenser works very well also. Great buy for me and my wife!!

The product is as advertised. It operates quietly and efficiently, both fridge and freezer. We are not using the ice maker so can't offer a perspective on that component.

A very pleasant experience from help choosing the unit we wanted. Any issues with this or other units. The purchase price to the warranty and then on to delivery and installation.

After a few years of ownership, I can confirm that the overall quality is ok. But every 30 minutes ~ 60 minutes this refrigerator makes a very loud pop sound which I have it serviced once already. The technician told me that its a design issue. The sound will keep coming back. The pop sound so loud that it scares the living light out of you. And this is supposed to be a quiet operation. Do not recommend this.

I love this fridge for so many reasons!! I love the ice dispenser and the fresh water that's dispensed and the spacious interior. The bottom freezer is great because it has 2 separate compartments. Overall, this is a great buy!!

Huge storage capacity split into lots of convenient sections, very aesthetically pleasing, freezer ice maker does a good job without having to worry about one of those door ice makers that are prone to jamming up

Nice fridge for the money. Spacious. Water dispenser and ice maker are not the greatest but that not why we bought the fridge. French door are a great upgrade from the side by side.

Love it! So easy to reach all those vegetables i had bent over for years to reach. Everything is in eye contact. Bottom freezer can hold 2 turkeys and plenty of large selections of frozen selections.

Very happy with the fridge so far. It looks great and is very functional. The only negative so far is that the ice tray is designed in such a way that ice often falls down behind the drawer when you pull it out.

My wife and I got an awesome deal on this open box refrigerator. The 26cu ft holds more than enough for our family and the LED lighting looks amazing. Easy to set controls and energy efficient too.

Love everything about the refrigerator. I chose the one that does not have the ice and water in the door but does have water inside. I do not regret my decision! I have so much room inside the refrigerator. My fridge is very organized and just great!

I love the fridge very spacious but it's not even a month old and I need to call the repair man. The water spout in the fridge is broken. I hardley had a chance to use it. I think for the price of this appliance this should have NEVER hapened.

After having an LG that started falling apart after a year, I was skeptical about buying a new fridge. After all, my Kenmore lasted more than 30, this would be hard to top. So far I'm very happy with the Samsung.

Alot better than my old fridge i can tell you that much.....the size 2x's bigger sooo much space!!...it's wonderful (tears**)...haven't had any problems with it yet and i hope i won't soon....overall seems really reliable

Though the ice maker quit soon after delivery. It was promptly repaired under warranty and has bee working fine since. The refrigerator has many positive features and works well for our household.

This is our second fridge of this model (one for our basement and one for main floor). Well built. Only downside is that magnet scratched up our stainless steel. Be careful putting magnets on.
