Very disappointed with this Samsung fridge (RF261BEAESR). We purchased it from Best Buy just 2 years ago. It worked fine for the past 2 years and then the issues began, mainly with the inability of the fridge to cool our food properly. We are now in a Covid-19 pandemic and our fridge has stopped cooling our food again and is making a very loud noise. As you can imagine, this is the WORST time for a fridge to malfunction. We are quarantining at home with our small kids and have no way of buying a new refrigerator. We are stuck with one that doesn’t work and has ruined most of our perishable foods that were inside. I am so disappointed in Samsung. I expected more of a quality product from Samsung than this. Now my family and I need to scramble to figure out how to chill our food during these very difficult times. I would NOT recommend buying this fridge. I hope no one else has to go through what we went through.

We love this fridge design. Lots of good space. I love having the freezer below the french doors. We have only had it for about 3 weeks but so far so good.

I am very happy with the fridge.I hardly ever hear it run. My only negative thing is the ice falls behind the freezer door sometimes when you open the drawer.

this fridge looks great and the water dispenser is nice, the crisper drawers with sereate setting works fantastic. Overall, love it so far!!

Bought this to replace traditional side by side. Love the french door design and bottom freezer. So much space and adjustable shelves.

I love this refrigerator! From the easy access freezer w/sliding trays to organize your frozen foods to the ice maker & water dispenser for a refreshing drink any time.

Needed a larger ref and this fits the bill. Bright lights inside make it easy to find things. Internal filtered water is great...I no longer have to buy bottled water.

Good fridge. Seems to always be humid inside. Lots of condensation dripping through the inside making a puddle at the bottom. Try to avoid it by not leaving the fridge open for a long time. Water dispenser is awkwardly placed hard to even fill a cup with water do to the angle it is placed at. Good fridge and big enough lots of compartments.

I love my Samsung washer, dryer, refrigerator and oven! They're not only aesthetically pleasing but they're cost efficient.

This refrigerator works great keeps everything nice and cold has 3 drawers and filtered water the freezer also has plenty of room with a sliding drawer.

Works great no issues. Being able to quick select the drawer settings and easily adjust the shelving set up is also very useful.

Best feature is ice drops into freezer tub therefore having more square CMs of space in doors. Water filter easier to use. Variable temp control excellent.

Great refrigerator for someone who does not own a freezer. It has large capacity drawers in the bottom for your freezer needs.

Seems to be an excellent product. Our old refrigator was 31 years old. Vast improvements since we shopped a long time ago.

Holds items in different configurations so you See everything. Moveable shelf make y’all items for easy. Large drawers are a real plus.
