what a great addition. when I open the door's,I don't have to move anything to see everything. It is beautiful to look at . it doesn't have water -ice on the door, so it has a clean, sophisticated outer appearance. It has large clear bins inside both doors .There is also a really cool cold water dispenser inside that takes zero space. check it out. There are many more features

I love the black stainless steel. The refrigerator is spacious and the compartments make it easy to stay organized.

I love this refrigerator! It is all I could have asked for. I bought it just before Thanksgiving and was so happy when I put my big turkey in there and could still fit all the trimmings in with it! I love the double doors. Everything is in full view. It is very quiet and the water and ice is great. The storage in the door bins is great. The only complaint I have is I tried to buy it from Best Buy . I bought it, payed for it and they said they could deliver it in within a few days. I told them where I lived and they said no problem. The next day I called to set up a delivery time and they said they could not do that. Then they said that the one they had in stock that I bought was actually for someone else and to order one would take 2 weeks. Then they said I would have to call back the next day to get my money back. I then went to Sears and it was delivered in 3 days. Totally hassle free!

I really wish I had gone with Stainless or black, not the black stainless steel. I wish there had been more description of the black stainless steel. It is not really stainless steel but some other material that looks like stainless steel but darker. It scratches SO EASILY. A silly little magnet has scratched the heck out of my fridge (kids moved the magnet around and it left all kinds of irreparable scratches on it). To date I know of nothing that can fix these unsightly scratches. It makes me very sad. Otherwise, the fridge has done great for us for 1+ years. I love the space and design. We've had no service calls needed *knock on wood*.

We looked for a good fridge to replace our sorry side by side, with more power efficiency, more room and a better layout. After a false start with a model that sounded like a truck running all the time, we found this one with all that and more, minus the noise. Great fridge. Holds everything and organizes easily and is so well lit you don't lose things. The freezer is huge. Three levels use all the wasted space of normal drawer freezers. I love the small ice maker, and the bin for collecting larger amounts of ice. The fridge has a built in air filter Yay!! I have to say, with no downgrading of rating, the fridge is stainless and collects prints and bits of food. Needs wiping frequently. Also, with my fingers crossed that some designer reads this, it would be so nice if there was a way to open the deli drawer with one door closed. In all french door fridges the deli drawers can only be accessed if you open both doors since they span the width of the fridge. My biggest gripe! Anyway, we are in love with this fridge.

We love our new fridge. Its very modern and has tons of space. It fits right in the with room to spare. Looks super fancy with the stainless steel finish. The water dispenser is inside but not a hassel to use, water is cool. The ice maker is also good. Would definitely recommend. The price was also a big plus compared to other fridges. Installation and delivery were free with purchase!

this refrigerator will save you energy money, and you have a lot of space to hoard your food inside the machine. you will love it.

I finally upgraded my old fridge to this sleek spacious fridge. I wanted a fridge that didn't have an ice/water dispenser in the front of the fridge so I can easily clean the outside of the fridge and won't have to worry about the kids keep pressing it. I used to not have enough room to store all my foods in the fridge but now I have more than enough room in this fridge.

So glad I decided to purchase this refrigerator .plenty of room. Great lighting. Plenty of ice for my needs. Nice clean lines.

I bought this refrigerator 14months ago. Two door bins on the left door have cracks on the bottom of the bins and cause the door bin guard fell apart and bottles fell out when the left door was open. The replacement bin cost $75 a piece. When I called up the parts hotline, the rep told me they do have a lot of calls to replace this door bin. But Samsung has not recall this bin yet. Not happy that have to spend $150 on door bins for a $1500 refrigerator only a bit over 1yr old.

What an excellent value for a fridge. I bought this for my tenants, and it is less than half the price I paid for my other fridge, but is just as good as the higher end models. Ice maker in the freezer, and a great water dispenser inside. Temps are consistent and the shelves are really useful and easy to move/reconfigure. Recommended.

Well worth the price. Plenty of room and I love the bottom freezer. Only had a couple of months and haven't any problems.

Enough room for all of my vast collection of adult beverages and left over pizza. What more can I ask for?!?

I suddenly found myself needing a new refrigerator. After looking for over a week I found my best deal at Best Buy. Price and product both are perfect.

The refrigerator works well. It cools and freezes the food well. The interior layout of the refrigerator section is good. I was not sure about the interior water dispenser but did not want a exterior dispenser. I am starting to use and appreciate the dispenser. The unit makes infrequent little noises like ice dropping or something (it is not the ice maker) but it is not enough to really notice it much.

This is a pretty good unit. Relatively quiet and keeps food cold (as it should). The freezer items tend to get ice crystals on occasion, but that isn’t the end of the world. The water dispenser (located inside the unit) functions well and provides great tasting filtered water. We are happy with this refrigerator.

Refrigerator is beautiful, lots of space, doors can hold a gallon milk jug, shelves are adjustable, and there is a deli tray area that has 3 different temp setting . Like the fast cool down when you just put away your groceries. Has a filtered cold water dispenser inside love this because it does not take up your door shelf space, this really works for me.

This fridge has more room than we have thought. We were also worried it was going to be too big for the are, but it fits better than our old fridge.

Very happy with our new refrigerator! This is the same cubic feet as our old side-by-side, but feels much bigger. It can hold several gallon size jugs in the doors, plus condiments etc. Love the moveable sliding shelf...very quick and easy feature. Runs pretty quiet, although you do hear the ice maker at times. Lighting inside is great. Drawers all glide easily. Makes plenty of ice.
