    The fridge is ok, There is a tray that only lets you slide open if you open both doors that makes no sense. I think i should have gotten one door instead of having to open the two doors to the fridge.

    Nice looking for sure. Size is great. Love the clean look on the front with no dispensers! BUT...this unit is known for loud popping noises. You have to get an appointment for installation of an insulation kit. Then at two weeks the freezer stopped making ice and had frost everywhere. BB was great with an exchange. I upgraded and paid more for another unit as I couldn't bring myself to buy another one of these. Very satisfied now with another Samsung unit.

    This was a replacement for a larger Samsung. The original machine was a headache of repairs. On a good note, the Geek Squad honored the service contract and replaced the machine.

    We returned the unit because we did not like the lower freezer feature. It is just one big bin and everything is in a big pile with no organization.

    Like Refrigerator, one issue is that the flap on the left hand size have to be open by hand. Had repair people come but same problem.

    Problems staying cold after 1 year

    Issues with fan freezing over, and self defrost. Ha to get repaired and lost food. Sounded like a common issue.

    Nice fridge but don't like the water on the inside of the fridge as apposed to the outside which is more convenient. Its hard to get you glass in place to receive the water.

    The fridge portion is fine. The freezer freezes...as in over freezes stuff. No manipulation of the temperature settings relieves this situation....so...

    Well, it fridge looks good and was not too expensive compared to its competition. But that is really all that is good about it. One of the french doors didn't work properly and we had to have someone from best buy come and replace it but it still is not perfect. The freezer light is also already not working. Really the whole thing seems cheaply made and I wish I had chosen something different. Samsung makes good TV's and smart phones but I don't see myself buying another fridge from them.

    Its alright but the ice maker go to be turn off or ull have alot of ice and the drinking water needs to be less close to the door

      Hi Mike! The ice maker is designed to automatically shut off if the ice bin is full. Once the sensor determines some ice has been removed from the bin, the ice maker will automatically restart. ^Jecca Samsung

    Low price, looks nice, not great operationally

    Not satisfied with performance of both fridge and freezer. Had to set fridge temp to minimum low setting (34) and still seems like things aren't as cold as they should be. Freezer is opposite - seems to be too cold. Ice cream is rock hard in freezer at 0 deg, can not scoop until left out on counter for 10-15 mins. Tried raising temp from 0 to 2 deg but that didn't seem to help. Called for service and was told "everything is working fine."

    The door shelves are very flimsy, it cracks easily even though we only used it for less than a month, the plastic part gets loose so it falls and cracks.

    Cools great, but loud

    This refrigerator cools the interior great, had no complaints about the cooling, but when the compressor kicks on get ready, it's loud! It could be heard over the TV in the next room over. I tried all the suggestions in the book to make it quieter and nothing worked. Heard from a few sales people that Samsung fridges are all loud anymore based on how they manufacture their compressors. Returned it after 3 weeks and replaced with an LG and couldn't be happier.

    It seems to make loud noises. Of course the geek squad would not hook up the water because i have galvanized pipes. They pulled same crap with stove

    Fridge is of good size. nice finish. However, water dispenser is just ok. I am finding that it doesn't cool water as much as you'd get from a real water dispenser.

    We should not have purchased a floor model. The ice maker continuously causes the water filter to leak due to a cracked or broken filter housing. Now we will be out the price of a new housing system and labor to get it fixed or a lot of time figuring out how ourselves. Everything on this fridge costs well over $100 per item to purchase. The drawer cover costs more than $100.

    The delivery personnel told us that the Samsung was already programmed and would get cold without doing anything. We feel that's untrue. We get different stories from different Best Buy personnel so we don't know who to believe. Your Rockford location does not answer the phone which is very poor customer relations. We are extremely disappointed with our experience regarding the refrigerator.
