Love the features; easy access to food items. Runs quietly, with some loud popping noises occasionally. Really like the water dispenser inside the fridge, and ice maker in drawer. Look forward to energy savings. I also like the split shelf, for tall storage. Having such big bins on the doors is great for condiments, beverages, etc. Only had this about a month, and so far I'm happy with it.

Very nice product and it improved the look of our kitchen. Very spacious and a really attractive look.

Purchased the fridge on Labor Day sale. So far only issue was the freezer door handle fell off. Geek Squad tech fixed it a few days later and no problems since.

We had previously owned this model at a different home and were completely satisfied, so much so that when we moved to a new home we replaced the existing Kitchen Aid fridge with this one. Well, we are now on our second unit, the first was replaced because of a dripping water dispenser and some dents, the second one is now malfuncti0on in the same area. The water dispenser button is stuck and no water can be dispensed. We will be calling Best Buy to have the unit serviced and hopefully that will be an end to our problems,

We needed a fridge and really wanted a black one. We also wanted the water feature, but didn't like the look of it on the door. So this is a perfect compromise. The water is on the inside. We are very pleased with this fridge and would easily recommend it. Really like the lower freezer door cause it makes it easy to open (the door handle moves). Maybe a little too easy as if your fridge isn't too full, you can kinda pull the fridge with it sometimes.

I love this new stainless frog! I had a side by side and could never fit my cake platters or lasagna pans. With this frig, freezer on bottom, I can fit a turkey platter and a full baking sheet with room to spare! I highly recommend this Frig., looks beautiful too!

Looks great. Water dispenser is inside the unit so door is neat. Quiet for the most part but makes some crazy noises at times. Greatest buy if you can get it on sale.

Really love this refrigerator! It's got a lot of space and cleans easy. The water inside the door is nice too. It leaked the first day but then stopped and has been great ever since.

My wife loves her frig. The water dispenser is convenient and doesn't take up space like the front water dispensers. Ton's of space and great price.

Bought this fridge as a dented second at the store. It really has no marks at all and was returned by someone else. It's a beautiful refrigerator and works perfectly. You need to have the freezer at -10 to get ice to make but other than that it was a great buy.

We are very pleased with the Samsung French Door refrigerator! It is spacious, the interior is well lighted, and the interior water dispenser is much less of a hassle than a through-the-door one. Finally, it LOOKS very upscale!

Bought this fridge 2 months ago and had it delivered. Delivery and set up was a brease, guys were on time and new-old switch was done in less then 30 min. Guys went over features with me, and answered all my questions. Real happy with fridge itself, water in the cabinet it so much better then in the door! Love the power cool when putting in a load of groceries from the store. Freezer went down to -10. Was awesome for buying large cuts of meat, portioning, then freezing. Would buy again!

Refrigerator has exceded our expectations in quietness. Storage is far superior to our older refrigerator and we are very satisfied with it. Delivery was excellant. We have no complaints.

We have had the opportunity to use several Samsung fridges and we have loved them all. We have only parted ways because we moved and the fridge stayed with the house. We bought this one for my sister for Christmas and we love the black stainless steel finish.

This Samsung refir has great features and lots of room. It was on sale for $500 off, but then I found a cosmetically damaged unit (both doors scratched) and got an additional $200 off. Since it is going in the garage this is perfect. Very happy with purchase.

This is a wonderful fridge! Lots of room for storing food. The water in the fridge is very handy. The ice maker works well. Having the freezer on the bottom is perfect.

I absolutely love this fridge. I switched from a side by side and this feels huge (the fridge part). I love that I can see everything and it is easy to organize. The freezer part doesn't hold quite as much, but plenty big for day to day use (I have a chest freezer for other things). I did not want an in door ice dispenser because I didn't want to loose the space in the door and I am glad I went with that option. The water spout inside is pretty useful and can fill up a glass fairly quickly.

My old refrigerator dying was the best thing to happen to me! This refrigerator is fantastic! Plenty of room in the door shelves and the deli drawer is so convenient! I love having such good control over the temperature and it looks so good in my kitchen!
