The Samsung refrigerator provides us with good capacity and an ice maker. The internal water dispenser is easy to use and does not take up any space. The Geek Squad Delivery and set up was exceptional.

This refrigerator is great! The price point was within the rage we were looking for and it had all the features we wanted. The water inside the fridge dripped for the first few days but we found out that was normal right after installation.

The black stainless finish is beautiful. Having the water inside of the fridge instead of in the door creates so much more space. Ice maker works great. LED lights really brighten things up inside. Overall a completely satisfied customer!

I love this refrigerator. Great style, nice size and layout. Looks awesome. Love the inside water dispenser and ice maker. Only one small issue that keeps it from top rating is that it does make a little noise. Not a deal breaker but not as quiet as past refrigerators.

This fridge has lots of space for a family of five. Not very impressed with the freezer, but seems that all new model fridges come this way. Other than that, I recommend this model for any medium size family.

After a lot of research, decided to get this Samsung product and realize now that it was a very smart choice. We did not want the water/ice in the door because it is just not worth the extra money and takes up some shelf and door space. This model has the ice maker in the freezer that works perfectly, takes up very little room and In a few hours it makes plenty of filtered water ice. There is a filtered water spout on the left side inside the fridge and it gives a cold glass of water and we don't need crushed ice. There is quality and value here and compared to other models and makes in this price range, this is a winner.

Great french door fridge-freezer. Ample space for everything for a 6 member family. Great value for money for the cost to volume ratio. I prefer the water spout and ice dispenser on the inside.

With shoulder problems,needed easy access to every day items and a reachable freezer compartment.Liked the water dispenser inside and water filter easy to reach. The control panel at the top is hard to see and reach (I'm short) but I like it there.

After searching for a fridge for a few weeks and realizing we had to switch to a french door instead of a side-by-side we found this on sale. This fridge has a ton of room. The dual cooling is really nice too. So far I have no complaints about this.

Soooo worth the investment. The amount of space is incredible. There is room for everything and the ice maker is AWESOME!!! Love it. The guys who delivered it were so kind to review everything about fridge. Very Happy.

My fridge did end up coming dented which best buy offered a gift card for. Besides the dents this fridge is great! The ice maker is working well and the freezer and fridge is so spacious!

Fridge is nice......when its working properly. The inside water dispenser did not work from the time I installed the fridge. Since the fridge was such a pain to move (not the fridges fault) I decided to check the it myself. I removed the cover for the water dispenser " button" to make sure the microswitch was connected. It was. I bypassed the micro switch. Still didnt work. I removed the small cover where the water lines emerged from the bottom of the back of the fridge to check the line connections. Looked good. Removed the filter to check for water pressure present. Water pressure good. Called the geek squad in case there was something to setup that I didnt know about. Was told to keep depressing the button. I informed him that I had held the button for a total of about 10 mins. He said hold it longer, then he (Scott at the gainesville store) hung up the phone without offering to make an appointment to check it or anything. The next day the fridge made a batch of ice so I knew water pressure or volume was not a problem. Called back and made an appointment with the geek squad. He checked the fridge, misdiagnosed it to need the water solenoid, ordered the part, installed it on week later and of course it didnt work. He then ordered another part (dont know which one) a week later a different tech was sent to install it. He opened the panels on the back of the fridge then proceded to actually check the components and connections (as opposed to just ordering parts and throwing them at it hoping they will fix it) and found a loose connection from the factory. (Most people would look for the simple stuff like a loose connection from the factory on a brand new unit) ((logic)) He reconnected it and omg the water works. Anyway. Thank you final geek squad person for doing your job. Thank you samsung for not holding all your assembly plants to the same level of quality control. I guess I'm just lucky to have a fridge right? Water dispenser? What water dispenser?

Purchase for my sister and here family. She is still excited by it.

Recently (last year) purchased a Whirlpool for another home. This is much better.

I really love this design for French door refrigerator. I have it for more than a month. It run very quiet even when it makes ice. Maybe this model in 2016 have fix the noise already. If you want to buy new refrigerator, this one is the best.

I was intrigued by the idea of having a French door refrigerator since they first came out and I’m not disappointed. This one also has the water inside so it makes extra space in the fridge. Easy to use and works great

This refrigerator is large and of great quality!!! We are very impressed thus far! This refrigerator is very large and great for those who want an internal water and ice dispenser!
