Exactly as advertised. In fridge water dispenser and filter work great! Shelving on the interior of the fridge isn't quite as "modular" as our previous unit but seem to work now that we have everything moved around to where we needed it.

The refrigerator is working perfectly. The refrigerator and compartments are spacious. Keeps food fresh. This was a good purchase.. i would recommend it to anyone.. No complaints.

Very nice Refrigerator with lots of room and compartments for different types of food. I love the color and design of it. It's been about 15 years since I've had a new Refrigerator and I'm very happy with my purchase from Best Buy.

I have two of these refrigerators both are a little noisy. Other people have noted the same in their reviews but not something I can't live with for the price it seems to be a good value.

Love the sliding drawer in the freezer and the shelves in the fridge that can slide to half size if you have a lot of tall items. Looks great and beeps at my husband when he leaves a door open. Perfect.

Nice refrigerator but the large drawer in the refrigerator is flimsy

Ok I read the reviews and saw some bad reviews and some good ones typical. One of the main problems was a loud popping sound most people said they could live with that. After receiving the refrigerator that night we heard the popping sound not too bad . Well problem starts slowly the freezer starts to get warmer until it finally quits. right after the last day the return policy for bestbuy ends . so bestbuy tells us we need to go through Samsung. The real problem begins .. Samsung customer care started off ok they sent the repairman would be out to house 9 days after we called. He came out took it apart said it needed parts said he would be back next week to fix the refrigerator. The scheduled day for the repairman to come he was suppose to call by 10 am to give us approximately when he would be at the house no call so I call Samsung they tell me they do not have the part we schedule another appointment long story short happen 3 more times still waiting for them to come and fix it. They tell me 3/9/2017 they will be out to repair it I purchased it 11/28/2016 and received the refrigerator 12/08/2016 When I complained to Samsung about it taking a long time they would send a message to the Executive Customer Relations to review my complaint and they would call me back within 1-2 days, which they didn't call. so I would call Samsung and tell them that they did not call. so they would tell me that they would send the ECR another message and I would have to wait another 1-2 days They still have yet to call me I asked to have them direct my call to them but they said it's not possible that they can only call out. Great End of review my opinion for what it's worth don't buy Samsung I can't recommend another brand but if you do buy Samsung good luck

I just purchased a new Samsung refrigerator and it's great. I love how everything is so easy to reach. With the freezer on the bottom, we don't hit our heads every time we want to get something out of the refrigerator part. It's very spacious and we love it.

Very easy to clean, very spacious, love the deli drawer, and controlling humidity levels on veggies and fruits. I love that the freezer is on the bottom, it's very roomy. I also love the water feature is on the inside. It's awesome!

the fridge was bought for about 1450 not bad considering the features (icemaker, internal water dispenser, seperate temperature control for deli's.) it is deeper than we would have liked but it has grown on us
