I was torn between this and the 27.8 fridge. But once u figure in the space lost by the ice maker and in door water dispenser, I think the space is about equal. I love the bright inside and the in fridge water dispenser is AWESOME! Just know u can move that 2nd shelf down as it will make getting water harder.

I was concerned about the loud pop sounds that some people described. I have no idea what their talking about. Only thing I would have changed is I now wish I'd purchased the model with the pull out middle drawer for easy access to dairy etc. Overall I love it!

The two crisper drawers, yes. You can have open at the same time. The lower deli drawer? Nope. Does it have a safety to prevent you from opening it with an upper drawer open? Nope. Your deli drawer clear cover will get all sorts of scratched up. Our new fridge had a multiple scratched drawer window on our first day. Fail.

Nice refrigerator

Best buy didn't handle this in a professional manner in my opinion. I would have just swapped out the bad one after only 3 week's but the made me go through the Samsung service center and I'm still waiting for repairs has of post
