There were some small defects in the plastic shelves that do not affect the way the refrigerator works, but since this wasn't a cheap or used product, we assumed we were going to receive an undamaged unit. We were told by the installers to take the damaged shelves to the store where they would give us the shelves out of a floor model. Really? We'll live with the damage...

Best buy didn't handle this in a professional manner in my opinion. I would have just swapped out the bad one after only 3 week's but the made me go through the Samsung service center and I'm still waiting for repairs has of post

I got the stainless steel one.It looks classy and really modernizes my kitchen. Matches my sink, tea kettle, toaster, etc. My old refrigerator took up more room but had less room inside. I also love the led lighting. It is bright and makes it easy to see things. The glass shelfs are great. Don't have to waste space with my Britta pitcher as the water dispenser filtered water tastes great. Love this refrigerator.

I wish I would have paid the extra money for the external water dispenser. Although I like the clean look, I don't like letting the cold air out while I fill my glass. The water does come out fast so that is a bonus. You have to be intentional about shutting the doors. My family seems have a light touch so the doors are left open but thankfully the refrigerator beeps at you when the does are left open.
