I think its the ice maker but its loud. Secondly, the ice production isn't very good. I would say our household is an average ice consumption family and the ice maker can barely keep up. Had to use 4 bags of ice at the beginning until it caught up and it barely keeps up.

Just a few minor dents and scratches, but so far everything operates just fine! Takes awhile to start making ice, especially since you have to discard the first couple trays full. But after a day or so it’s very nice. Also having the internal water dispenser and ice maker was a must for us as apposed to the one in the door. I would definitely recommend this fridge!

The water dispences quickly. The ice maker makes plenty of ice, the only thing I'd change is that when the ice bin is full and you open the freezer some cubes fall through the opening in the back. Not sure where they go.

Lots of space in the doors. Bottom freezer is easy to open with Samsung's pivot handle. Internal water dispenser dripped for a while until the air was out of the line. The LED lights are also a nice feature. It is energy efficient compared to some of the other models.

The lower freezer with sliding drawer works well. I like the fact that you don't get water and ice through the door. Our last fridge had many problems with that feature. It's a little more hassle to open a door to get water and ice, but I think it's worth it.
