It got to the point where I just had to pick a refrigerator that would fit in the designated space. I chose this Samsung and was not thrilled but now - it is awesome. Better than what I initially wanted and had before.

I waited a few months after purchase before reviewing the purchase. I am very pleased! I purchased this Samsung because of the good deal. The noise is not a factor whatsoever and this is a dependable solid fridge! Since then I have talked to others who have stated Samsungs are getting better too!
