Pretty quiet fridge. I love it so far! Love the temperature controls!

It’s been great so far! We love the ice maker and water dispenser!

After a bad start with a delivery of a defective unit we now have had a working refrigerator for a week. The Samsung RF261BEAESR is the perfect size for us and has the features that we wanted. It looks, good, runs quietly, and maintains the top and freezer sections at a constant temperature. The expectation is that it will still be doing so ten years from now. So far we are pleased but it has only been one week.

A gumball machine quality piece of plastic broke on this refrigerator after about three days of owning it. I was shocked at how cheap this piece of plastic was. I called this issue into the warranty department on the fourth day of ownership and was told that my warranty on all the appliances that I bought is almost up. I emailed them the computer printout receipt and the cash register receipt from Best Buy and was told that neither of those would work. The slide-out drawer is horrible. It's sticks and jams almost every time we open it. Terrible quality. Our dishwasher that we bought the same day as this refrigerator has also been a huge letdown. We hardly ever use our oven, so that seems to work pretty well. Stay away from Samsung if you want a quality appliance or an honorable warranty.

We've had our new Samsung French door refrigerator for 3 weeks now and we love it. There's so much room inside. The shelves in the doors are deep and hold tons. It works well and keeps everything cold. The freezer has plenty of space and the ice maker makes lots of ice that never freezes/sticks together. I had read about the popping noises the fridge makes, we do hear them but it doesn't bother us. Very happy we bought this refrigerator.

Love the way this fridge is. Its very quiet, its nice and cold, lights are bright, lots of room and the price was great!

I bought this refrigerator online after ours went out on New years eve. I went based on reviews, photos, description and dimensions to select a fridge. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I really like the fridge. It seems to utilize space much better than our old model which was very similar in size. I feel I can fit more in this one, with room to spare. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

We love our new Samsung french door refrigerator! We had a helpful salesman who made the purchase quick and easy. The delivery men did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The day after delivery when we returned to the store with questions about the settings the manager went out of his way to get us a guide and answer all our questions.
