Falling apart after 1 month, Best Buy doesn't care

We purchased the extended service agreement, but they're not doing anything to help - apparently they can do anything between the manufacturer's warranty and the extended agreement which kicks in after a year, even when the problems originate from the installer's negligence. On to the problems. In the roughly six weeks we've had the unit, the wheels on the deli drawer have broken off. There was no neglect, rough use, anything - one of the wheels just broke and now it won't slide. My guess is that whomever assembled the unit put the wheels on too tightly or something, or it's just a piece of junk prone to failure. Then on saturday the handle on the main freezer draw came off on the right side and slammed into the face of the bottom drawer, leaving a massive dent in the stainless. Again, this was likely a problem with the actual assembly, or it's just a bad design. So here I am with a 6-week old refrigerator that is literally falling apart, and no one at best buy will help, despite my even having an extended service plan. And the folks at Samsung said "that's pretty clearly a Best Buy problem, I can't believe they won't fix it!" My takeaway is that the refrigerator is a piece of junk that's going to be unusable in a year or two, and the once-great Best Buy has become a dishonest, corrupt business selling extended service plans that don't even cover their own installation errors. Both have lost my business forever.

This fridge gave the most cubic feet for the exterior size. It sticks out further from the counter, but that's not a problem in my kitchen. Easy to adjust settings and use water and ice feature. The price was great, too.

Lots of space doubled in size from out previous fridge. Great promotion on the price saved 600 dollars. Delivery was not easy due to our house but the employees went above and beyond to make sure we got our fridge.

This fridge cost a bit more than I wanted to pay, but it may be because of the size. It looks good and seems like a decent one. Hope it would last for at least 10 years. :)

It's a beautiful appliance, it's sectioned off in a very functional manner, I used all the features and am happy with this purchase.
