It is great buy. So far only problem is that it is getting easily humid and collect moisture on walls. Came without 2 screws for handles, but got them from Best Buy. Overall great purchase, and I would recommend it.

I would warn people the filter is external and make sure you get the clip that holds the filter

This product has no deli drawer or a butter compartment. I guess I'm just old school but it seems odd to me. We never noticed at the store we were in a hurry. I sure would like to have them but it works we get by.

The frig makes my kitchen look beautiful!!! Have only had frig for couple weeks and seems to be working great. Only complaint is the delivery person forgot the kick plate which will delivered this weekend.

Refrigerator is beautiful and price was good but it does make a lot of loud noises.

So far so good lots of room my only issue that the refrigerator had 3 dents on the side. Other than that great purchase. Thats the reason only 3 stars.

Got the french door model still getting used to it. Should of gone with clear plastic door shelves so site of items would be better. Change is always a challenge but needed to upgrade our kitchen.

I received an e-mail message after Christmas about the big sale with up to 60% off. I just couldn't pass up the deal as as it turned out I needed to repalce my refrigerator that was over 10 years old.

I reviewed comments before buying and a lot of people heard a loud clicking noise that kept them awake at night. My refrigerator does have a loud click every once in awhile, however it does not keep me up at night. I don't know what the noise is from, there is no problem with the appliance. That is the only thing keeping it from getting five stars.

We are very pleased with our new Samsung Refrigerator. We chose to NOT have an in-the-door water dispenser or ice maker to allow additional interior space in what is now a cavernous box to meet ALL our cooling needs. Commercially purchased Ice is cheap and the box that is provided provides plenty of room to store several pounds of ice to meet our needs. The interior lighting is wonderful. The shelving is more than adequate. I was concerned about the rollout drawer freezer department below but it has not been a problem. We are very satisfied with our decision to replace our old tired looking refrigerator with this modern, behemoth in our kitchen. Oh, did I mention how beautiful it is? Also, the Best Buy installation team was especially efficient, courteous and careful during the delivery and while removing our old "icebox."

Would have given a 5star except it makes a popping sound once in awhile

The fridge is aesthetically pleasing. Cools and freezes well as one would expect. I' m still having to get used to thefridge doors do not closing on their own with a swing. You must push the doors beyond a stop point about 8" from being closed. As stated, something I'll have to get accustomed to. The disappointment comes from the fridge being noisier than what I'm accustomed to. There are random "clunks", the isle maker cycling fairly frequently, etc. Perhaps this is the difference between a $1000 fridge vs. a $2500 one.

Have only owned for a couple weeks now, but unit seems very well built. Cools down instantly with rapid cool setting. plastic shelves in doors adjust easy and will not break easily. Freezer shelf takes up quite a bit of space, and function is cheap.

Great fridge all around. I would have given 5 stars if the freezer had more room. Other than that, the fridge is very large and the tempered shelves are sturdy and easy to clean. Outside is just as easy to clean!

This was an open box purchase, and we are very pleased. Will it last? These days that's hard to tell, because most appliances don't seem to last like the old ones. We have a similar older model that is 5 years and still doing great so we are hopeful!

This is an A+ purchase! I love how it lets you know if you have left a door open with a "DING". It surprised my husband the other morning and he let me know what I did. It is totally beautiful. All the bells and whistles. Again Love It!!!!

We absolutely love this fridge. The reason I gave it a 4 vs a 5 is that the freezer handle broke off within a week and it makes a very loud popping sound as if there is ice being made and we have the ice maker turned off. I will be calling the geek squad as I did purchase the additional warranty coverage.

Nice looking fridge with ample storage for 2-3 persons. My only disappointment was an external water filter was required when I was told it had an internal filter.

This refrigerator makes a load noise. Not sure if it's normal or not. Just got it and already have to call tech support.

As soon as I saw this refrigerator in store, I wanted to get it. It is great! There is a lot of compartments that fit a variety of items that I need stored. I received many compliments on this fridge from people coming over as well.
