Full disclosure, we do not have a waterline so we do not use the ice function, so we cannot attest to that one way or the other. This is a wonderful refrigerator. It is very easy to clean ( WD-40 is wonderful for cleaning stainless steel) The lighting is wonderful and makes everything look better! It has ample storage and is well organized. Keeps the food cold and looks nice while doing it, what more could you ask for?

No complaints and delivered in timely manner. Rental property, but we have this fridge (older! In white). Sure they are enjoying it.

The Samsung refrigerator and Samsung gas range are excellent. I enjoy cooking with the range and the bottom drawer freezer is the best feature of the refrigerator. Overall it's 5+ stars.

Delivery guys were very helpful and patient. The stainless steel is good looking and look more hygiene than plastic. It's pretty big for kids but they can reach ice cream easily as freezer is at bottom and easy to open. It can be both pro and con. My niece opens it too frequent and look for ice creme or something.

My GE side-by-side died after 4 years. This refrig is on sale so we got it. It is much quiet than the GE. and our elec usage goes down. The layout is wider so it is easier to store items.

So functional, elegant, spacious, and a beauty. Always a conversation piece with our visitors.

This was a replacement, more spacious, very functional, we've been pleased so far.

Ice maker only makes 8 cubes at a time and the design is such that once it drops a few rounds of ice the arm tells it not to make anymore because it comes down right where the ice drops so the rest of the bin isn't full. If you use much ice I would not recommend this. Also it does make loud bumping noises that seem to ease a little over time. The door shelves are not clear so it's hard to see what's in them. One would think Samsung would have better engineers.

This is a scratch and dent item and I did not trust it. For intense and purpose it has worked out just fine so far

I absolutely love my new refrigerator. For the price, it's a bargain!! I've had it for about 2 months and still enjoying it very much.

We love it!! No more leaning down to find stuff in the fridge. Love everything about it. Freezer makes it extremely to put large things like bags of ice, etc and access them as well.

We're new to this style fridge with double doors and bottom freezer. Really like the layout and lighting. Quality seems better than other brands we looked at, some of which had boxes and doors so thin you could twist them with ease. Biggest compliant on this one is the "weird" noises it makes. Since the day we first plugged it in it has made a myriad of different noises, from very a faint "gurgling" sound which it does all the time to very loud buzzing once in awhile. And it's not the ice maker doing it. Our old unit was a 34 yr old Frigidaire and never made as much or as many noises as this one does. I'm hoping we can at least get 5 years out of it. Only reason I'm not really upset with it is we got it for less than half price due to a tiny ding on one of the door corners. If I had paid full price I would not be a happy camper.

See above; didn't need $30 ss water connection line which had to be returned-I'm handicapped, see the problem!

very spacious, only downside is that you will always have finger prints on the outside

Excellent buy it fits all my needs ice maker is slower than a previous model fridge but quite satisfactory

We purchased this refrigerator to replace one that was slowly dying, and we couldn't have made a better choice. It's been wonderful from purchase, to delivery, to function!!

MY REPAIRMAN RECOMMENDED SAMSUNG APPLIANCES. SAID ALL HIS APPLIANCES ARE SAMSUNG. WE LOVE THE DOUBLE DOORS FOR LARGE FRUIT OR VEGGIE TRAYS. VERY QUIET AND EFFICIENT.

the only thing i don't like about this refrigerator is that it does not come with a meat/cheese compartment
