This refrigerator runs so quietly compared to any I have owned previously. The LED lighting is fantastic and makes the entire interior glow. Great controls for temperature adjustments. The slide out freezer drawer rolls out and back very smoothly. The freezer is as well lit as the fridge area. This is a purchase with no complaints. Best buy delivery was smooth and the delivery guys were very good in protecting the product while moving it into the house.

When my old GE side-by-side refrigerator's freezer stopped working - again, I asked my appliance repair guy whether I should repair it or get this new Samsung refrigerator (with french doors and the freezer on the bottom - which I by far prefer), which was on sale. He recommended that I buy it - even though it meant he didn't have that repair job. He said that based on his experience, the Samsung refrigerators with french doors are "the best" in terms of maintenance and energy efficiency. So I bought it, it was delivered within a few days for free and set up, and I love it. The freezer and refrigerator have different systems, which really helps with maintaining the proper respective temperatures - unlike most other ones whose freezers also chill the refrigerator, which means every time you open the refrigerator door, you compromise the freezer's temperature too. Unlike the old one which would have freezer burn and lots of frost inside the food packages (such as freezing a loaf of bread or once a bag of veggies is opened, it would get frost in it), everything is perfect in the freezer. And the ice maker works great - with lots of ice that, again, isn't stuck together like it was in the GE one. I am glad I bought this refrigerator and highly recommend it!

It's a great fridge. It has a lot of room and it's very sharp looking. It can be a little noisy but it's not a big deal. Especially being a new york gal. I like the fact that the ice maker has a built in filtration system.

It was hard to find french door frig without indoor water and ice. Frig and freezer both have LED lighting. Nice not having controls sitting in the way like other brands. Only concern is after two months one of the slides on the freezer drawer squeaks. Other wise it's good for the price.

The frig is a great second frig for storing things we don't want in the main frig. Plenty of room! Good value!

This is a second Samsung fridge of this type that we bought, we liked that the ice maker is just simple ice cube container in the freezer; we also like that it does not have water dispenser, in our opinion dispensers on the front are just gimmicks, wasting space and money are reducing reliability. Overall solid fridge, quiet, we can see that in ~6 years since we bought the earlier model, Samsung cut a few corners to save cost (fewer LEDs inside, fewer drawers, etc.), but not bad

We have liked this fridge especially the roominess. One minor issue is that the ice cubes keep falling out of the tray when the drawer is opened. We haven't taken the time to really research this issue.

Everything is fine except occasional popping noise.
