I was looking for a refrigerator/freezer for my garage for bulk storage: water, pop, juice, and beer in the frig and extra room for ice and frozen food. This unit does a great job of that. It was fast to cool down right after delivery (98 degrees in my garage) and functioned perfectly for the first 30 days.

It does it's job for the price. Body is too sensitive, scratch and dent very easily. Didn't have the necessary features like water dispenser. But overall it is good.

This is my first Samsung refrigerator. I do not want to say here what was my previous refrigerator, but I DO want to say that this Samsung is way much much better than the one I had. Well, I have 5 freezer/refrigerator and this Samsung thing is simply the best - so my next must be Samsung again.

My wife and I are really happy with our purchase of our Samsung fridge would tell anyone looking to purchase one to check it out.It has plenty of room for every item you can think to put in a refridgerator. freezer makes plenty of ice for family and friends and has plenty of room.

Very quiet. Holds more in freezer than it appears it would. Not hard to keep clean. Very attractive.

This refrigerator has a lot of space, looks good, and doesn't have a water dispenser, so it was all we want. It was also very affordable, only $999! BUT, it turned out it has a major design defect which causes loud popping sounds several times a day. I had never seen anything like it. It is so loud it wakes you up in the middle of your sleep. Returning it.

The employee that helped us was very nice unlike the manager of that department Norma who is very rude. Luckily this time it was someone else I should of got her name. Also the delivery guys were nice also.

Looks really good and works very well thus far...If you are looking for simple this is the perfect fridge.

Just bought this refrigerator so I can not comment on longtime performance at this time. It looks sleek in the kitchen. I love the handy pull out drawers in the freezer section. They are easier to deal with then the one wire basket in my old refrigerator.

I love my new refrigerator. I especially like the freezer on the bottom and the fact that you can open up one or both doors. Love the alarm telling you left the door open

Loved it until I measured the temperature of the freezer. Everything was hard as a rock; no wonder the temperature was minus 25 degrees. The refrigerator was32 in the mornings. The extreme cold caused all kinds of loud cracking and popping noises . Thanks to the Best sales team they made things right quickly and with great consideration.

Replacement for are fridge that had a defective door. Came with a scratch and dent on the side. Other than no one helping me with that. The fridge its self is good

Wish I would have known that finger prints are not easy to clean off and slight scratch first day not coming off either :(

This is a second refrigerator for our house. We use it for overflow frozen foods and storage of beverages. The only thing I wish it had were adjustable feet in the rear since our floor is stone so all four points need to be level.

The product is great. The delivery people are terrible! They left the fridge in the middle of my kitchen and didn't hook my water line or anything up.

i purchased one have problem,then I exchange the same one again still have problem. so bad .dont like Samsung anymore

I new fridge is so much nicer than my old fridge. I can see all the items that is inside. I love the ice maker. It is convenient to access when I open the freezer. I would gladly recommend this refrigerator..

I used to like the fridge until the ice started building all along the back wall and there was pools of water at the bottom. I finally defrosted it (never had to defrost a fridge before), and it has quit working. The evaporator fans are broken, and the fridge is only four years old. Now, I find out this is a problem with the fridge. I've had another brand last for over 20 years, and we take care of our appliances. I will never buy a Samsung again. I see a lot of people have had the same problem. It's only four years old.

Many compartments, auto ice maker, humidity controller, etc. but my favorite thing about this fridge is that it beeps after a long period of time that the fridge is left open (on accident, in my case)!

We have been using this refrigerator now for over a year in our home and it has performed well. I love the easy access to refrigerator items without needing to bend over
