Loud popping bothersome sounds especially during the night that makes one wake up. Do more research before buying fridge, you will be stuck with it for a long time.

Have always been a BB client, recently they made a mistake with an appliance delivery and made up for it on the most professional way. Definitely recommend this fridge and their service

I replaced an outdated model that was extremely smaller than the new one. It took some remodeling but it looks nice.

This has no reflection on BestBuy but Samsung needs to stick to phones and TV's, the fridge was brand new out of the box and the compressor would not turn on so I had a 2nd one delivered and that one worked fine.

The refrigerator that I bought is great. It has an ice maker and all controls are done by button instead of knob

Freezer iced up with heavy chunks ok ice, had to take off * power freeze in order to stop that. Delivery guys didn't tell us to do that , we had to call Samsung myself. Also the refrigerator/freezer makes VERY LOUD NOISE here and there through out the whole day. Wakes us up from our sleep. This refrigerator is going to be returned.

I got a great deal on this refrigerator and it works like a charm! Not sure if the door light is always supposed t be on or not, but my wife loves it so it works for me.

Service was great. the men they sent for instillation were super nice and very careful moving my fridge into my house

This fridge is sharp looking, easy to dial in the settings of choice and holds a ton of stuff. I paid $900 for this fridge and am very happy with the value.

Bought in July as that's the best time of the year to buy appliances. Got this one for $1000 as its normally north of $1500. Can't best the price on this one.

HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH ICE MAKE NOW FOR 6 WEEKS, NOW NOT WORKING AT ALL EVERY TIME I CALL SAMSUNG TOLD WILL CALL BACK IN 24 TO 48 HOURS, NEVER CALL BACK, TODAY AFTER TALKING TO SUPERVISOR AYANNA, NOW TOLD NEED RECEIPT. GOING ON 6 WEEKS. BOUGHT AT BEST BUY HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE AND BOUGHT PROTECTION PLAN, THEY WILL NOT REPAIR TILL A YEAR OLD. ALSO SAMSUNG CAN NOT FIND A REPAIR COMPANY. LIVE IN MEMPHIS TN AREA, POPULATION 1.3 MILLION NO REPAIR COMPANIES. PLEASE FIX, OR REPLACE. I AM RETIRED AND WILL START EVERYDAY CALLING EMAILING SAMSUNG, BEST BUY, STATE OF TN CONSUMER PROTECTION, GET ON EVER WEB SITE REGARDING SAMSUNG, BEST BUY, ETC. bought this refrigerator for my parents they totally like it and they like the convenience of the freezer on bottom with pull-out and in drawer.

Totally great fridge for a rental we have easy to clean ice maker is great.

Lots of room spacious and overall great. Even has an optional ice maker.

Did not get refrigerator ordered, but BB substituted (with my permission) a much more expensive one! It was a great deal. Working great so far!
