Great fridge. Issue in 7 yrs is that the coils froze up one time. Easily fixed and No further issues.

This refrigerator is awful! Less than 7 years old and had to pay $500 for new fan in August 2022. now April 2023 it has broken down again. Will be repacing with another brand.

This refrigerator is super affordable as everything is within reach without bending your waist, this is because it has the freezer below.

I would NEVER buy a Samsung appliance again... their service is the absolute worst. 5 years is how long our Samsung refrigerator lasted before they couldn't fix it and wouldn't stand behind it. 5 years!

Purchased a brand new unit Friday. It was delivered and installed Sunday morning around 8 am. As of now, the refrigerator is not cold. Temperature numbers are dropping, however the fridge and freezer remain warm inside. Called Best Buy and the soonest someone can come out to look at it is tomorrow morning. Wish I had known ahead of time they were delivering a faulty unit so I could have kept my 12 year old working refrigerator and the $200 in Costco groceries we had in it.

Started having issues after 4 years. The refrigerator does not defrost adequately and will ice the internal parts to the point it stops cooling. There is a force defrost function that no longer works. I found a large online community suffering the same issues with these appliances. Samsung is unwilling to assist. So, do not buy Samsung appliances.

Roomy interior, quiet operation, elegant look for reasonable price

Do NOT BUY THIS ITEM. Worst Fridge you could ever purchase after 2 years nothing but problems. tried other reviewers ideas with no results, constant cracking noises and freezing up, If you enjoy the thawing process then this is the one for you. We will never purchase another Samsung Item again as it was just a waste of 1500.00 and time.

We have had the worst luck with this fridge. Temp fluctuates, water line freezes to the ice maker, it leaks under the veggy drawer and caused the drawers to push up because the water froze and broke the bottom drawers. Worst fridge ever.

My new Samsung refrigerator doesn't work! Basically when plugged in it sounded like it was turning on and working only it wasn't cooling, it was warming up to room temperature after being on a cold delivery truck. To top it off Best Buy won't schedule a replacement the same day its delivered because of some glitch in their system. So frustrating!

This refrigerator was ok for about a year, then water started pooling under the meat/cheese tray then it freezes, rendering the tray useless and the food inaccessible.Temperature is set per factory recommendations. Very disappointing. No response from two letters written to customer service. Also own Samsung washer - nothing but problems from day one. No longer covered by warranty, disgusting that they can't build a washer or refrigerator to last beyond warranty.

Five years later and fridge won't cool. Apparently common Samsung side by side issue. So frustrated.

Temperature wont stay regulated. Frosting to ice inside and pools under drawers as it melts.
