My Samsung refrigerator is a piece of junk. At 18 months the compressor failed, the fan motor failed a week after I had the compressor replaced. There is a reason their warranty is only one year...they don't expect it to last much longer.

Very good refrigerator for the money. Excellent delivery & setup

Ok, purchased July 3rd 2009. now thksgiving 2010. had to change water filter several times already. Only 1 year and 4 months have gone by and now the fan is making a loud annoying noise, I open the ice door and it stops but you close it and starts all over again. I have a Roper side by side in the garage and havent had to do one thing to that one for uh...15 yrs now, really. The whole time it hasnt made that much ice at all, the water comes out slow. I have to chisel the ice off the back wall and it is on a normal temp. was a great price but spend a little more on a well name brand for fridges.

This is a great fridge. The only thing i don't like about this fridge is how slow the water dispenser is. I consistently get compliments on this fridge and would buy again.

We've had this fridge 18mos. and the nightmare began. First started noticing mold in my dairy products in the fridge, and the items were NOT outdated. Ice started to build up in the freezer on the back wall, in the vent holes. The fan started hitting "something" and the noise was loud every time the fridge started. Called for service techs to comeout. Had to order part, came out again, put part in and had to order another part because they broke a part. After tech "supposedly" fixed issue, noise started again, food still not staying cold. Called again. And we have had to battle, and I mean battle with bestbuy to get anything done. This fridge is obivisously a lemon!!! We just now got an e-mail saying we can go to bestbuy and pick another fridge within the 30days of us recieving that e-mail. But honestly, its been a nightmare, a circus dealing with bestbuy/geeksquad to get anything done. I can truly say, we spent thousands at bestbuy and been loyal customers but we were not made to feel like we were appreciated as a loyal customer. I will/would NOT recommend this fridge to anyone!

It has everything I could want at a price that is more than fair. The freezer is very spacious and helps with organization. The only drawbackis the water is a little slow.

Do not buy. The freezer frosts over leaving you with a warm refrigeration section. Lost money because of the refrigerator itself and the food that is ruined. Why can't they have a manual defrost mode? At least then you would have a chance to have a cold refrigerator. Do not buy.

I am very unsatisfied with this refridgerator. We have only had this fridge for 5 months and twice the freezer has gone out and the ice maker doesn't work. all of our food has gone bad and both times there were fresh groceries in there. not only won't samsung replace their product, they REFUSE becaue it has been over 30 days. In my opinion, Samsung needs to stick to making tv's and cell phones and forget the refridgerator business.

I bought this product for two reason!!! I was told by a variety of sales people that Samsung was a decent brand of fridge. However, that wasn't the case! The first day, I received the fridge everything was quite alright. However starting the second day, I started experiencing trouble immediately with the ice maker. Once I throw out the first batch of ice, and it replenished itself with more; I had trouble. When I would try to push the dispenser for Ice it would just sound like it was on; however ice wouldn't fall into cup. This happened several times. I had to pull out ice maker. The ice was all bunched into one big thing of ice, and would get stuck. So everytime, I had to brake ice with ice pick. This was constant problem for about three weeks. What then just broke the camels back for me to also exchange this product is the freezer started frosting up completey. Literally, I had iceicles in my freezer. I don't recommend this fridge at all. The price was very good; however the unit wasn't. As far as the fridge, I had no issues, and the space in the fridge was good. Although, I still wouldn't recommend this will give problems since day one, and you will pay for a unit that wont last for years to come.

My wife and I needed a new refrigerator. Ordered this in a pinch. Pleasantly surprised. We did not know Samsung made refrigerators but they have a new fan for home alliances!

I own Samsung fridge for the last 10 years and I purchased these two unit at Best Buy. I trust the brand.

i have had this refridgerator for 2 years nothing but problems...freezer keeps freezing up..icemaker stops working food spoils..i should have kept my 25 yr old amana...i'll never buy a samsung appliance again learned my lessson...

This refrigerator is wonderful. It has so much room on the shelves, in the drawers, and in the doors. The ice maker works really well and the led lights make it look really high tech!

This is a great 36" refrigerator! I am impressed with the quality of the construction as well as the operation. Works wonderful!

I would really recommend this refrigerator to friends.

This has been one of the best purchases I have made in a while. Glad I did it at Best Buy. I eill continue to buy from them.

This fridge has a lot of features and cools very well.

nothing but bad luck on this fridge and the one they just replaced. shoots ice on the floor at any given time, water disp. and ice makes rattling noise can't seem to get service on it either.

I would not recommend this refrigerator. We purchased it on sale. It was an open box item; someone purchased and it wouldn't fit so it was returned. It worked great in the beginning then after 3 years, it stopped working. Despite calls to Best Buy and Samsung, it didn't get fixed or replaced. We had someone to fix it but it stopped working again. It is hard to find someone to fix this brand. Heard that Samsung it not good with making appliances. Now I'm a true believer. We will never buy this brand again. We are now stuck with a practically new refrigerator that doesn't work. Purchased a Whirlpool this time.
