The second one was delivered with a dent in the door. We were tired of having to waste a days off work on pick up and delivery so we are just living with the dent. Love the fridge itself but wish we had had a better experience and did not have a dent while still paying full price.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had a vey old refrigerator that was starting to fail and freeze up and we brought all our requirements to Best Buy and the folks there were able to help us find this one fast, ensure the optimal finance options, lock in delivery and removal of the old one and we are now wondering why we waited so long to do this. It is so much better, efficient and works great with a decent warranty.

The only con and why it received 4 stars and not 5 is because the freezer auto retract is way to strong and its kind of a pain when putting groceries away as it just wants to shut itself the second you let the door go and we have not found a way for it to hold itself. We feel a simple pull it open all the way and it should hold itself open until youbstart to push it in. Other than that I love the water pitcher as my wife and I only drink water so its super easy to use and it auto fill the water pitcher after each use.
