Absolutely love this refrigerator! It is a space saver and has amazing features!

So far we really like the refrigerator. Just had it about three weeks. Takes some getting used to with no handles. Live all of the nice production and two sizes of ice. So far so good.

The ice maker is fantastic, the beverage center feels so bougie, and the finish of the material is very nice. Very good for a 33 inch fridge compared to my other options, but I did take out a warranty through Best Buy since it’s a Samsung

Great interior space in a narrow design. Water dispenser & auto fill pitcher feature has been great. I love the 2 different sizes of ice available. The Smarthings integration has been surprisingly helpful notifying when the door was accidentally left open. Great experience so far!!

Product is great but mine came with a dent, but best buy was quick to offer a resolution.

The shelf’s are not adjustable so it’s difficult to store large bottles of drinks and large items, very disappointed about the shelf space

The refrigerator was awesome. Worked extremely well.

It seems to do exactly what it as supposed to do :) We especially love the built in water pitcher feature, and the two differ t size ice cubes. I also love that there are no outside attached handles. We have two preschool age children and there is nothing for them to pull or hang on and the sleek look is very modern.

We had this fridge delivered last week, and after three days the ice maker started leaking water into the ice bin. You have to catch it right when the ice drops, otherwise it refreezes and takes a while to understand what is going on. We bought this fridge primarily for the "ice bites," so needless to say, not having ice wasn't acceptable. Best Buy was great in getting us a replacement, but the delivery person warned us that he had replaced 3 of this same fridge the previous day for the same issue. In addition, the SmartThings app does not show you the current temperature of the fridge, only the temp setting. This app should show the current temp so that you know if there is a fridge issue while you are away, and also so that you don't have to open the fridge to check the temp. Samsung should really update this. We had a Samsung that was the same cu. previously, and this fridge seems to fit more. The shelves are not as adjustable, which is disappointing. In addition, our previous Samsung died at 5 years, so not feeling great about the brand at the moment.

Is a nice fridge, longer than I thought it would be. Still getting used to the double doors. The water container is really nice to have and option to have.
