    Bought in May 2023. Dead. Most repair places won't even look at Samsung refrigerators as they say they are junk will just break again. Finally got a person to come out and quoted me $700 to fix. WHAT?? $150 just to have them come out and tell me that. The LG I bought in 2014 that I demoted to garage duty is running just fine. The GE that was in my garage is still running in my neighbor's garage and it's 25 years old. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY a Samsung appliance. T

    When delivered refrigerator was damaged and so was our front door. Still waiting for the refrigerator to be fixed and I have to take my time to refinish my front door.

    Not happy about experience

    Not a good experience. Refrigerator was delivered with a dent. Within 30 minutes after delivery it started to make loud noises which I assume was the compressor. The day after the noise continued after it was closed. Also the water dispenser stopped working. The repair guy said he will order a replacement. That’s will be 3 days to wait around the house for a refrigerator.

    Poor service from Best Buy

    I am extremely unhappy. The new fridge was delivered with a big dent in the freezer door on 12/18/24. Delivery people communicated to customer service, sent pictures and set up a date to replace the door on 12/26/24. Best scheduled the appointment. Man shows up but has no door. He said he need to take a picture. What is going on, this was not communicated to us at all. This is terrible service, vpoor communication with us. We were expecting our door. I did Best buy should of inspected the unit prior to delivery. Who ever dented it should of said something. Obviously Best buy is not the appliance store I wanery t to do more business with. Hopefully next week a get the door we paid for.

    Fridge is great with the exception of not having much ability to customize the shelving. Item height is definitely an issue

    Light in front making the back dark so you can’t see what you have on shelves. Shelves don’t adjust. No butter shelf or bread drawer I had a Whirlpool French door I was replacing and I couldn’t get the food I had in the Whirlpool into the Samsung and they were the same size. The Samsung quality is so much poorer than the Whirlpool. I called Best Buy and returned the Samsung and got a new Whirlpool instead.

    I made a good purchase and I realized that my purchase never entered into a plan and I was calling and chatting with the customer service and they could never fix the payment, which generated a high interest and now it turns out that I never call, according to them and here I have the chats where I told them about the problem, pessimo service, they do not have their workers oriented to help their clients..

    Took 6 days to cool down?

    I’m actually not sure what went on here. We received this fridge 6 days ago & we thought we had a broken one because it wasn’t cooling. Turns out it it just needed 6 days before it decided to cool down? Now it’s working amazingly and I’m so confused.

    Unfortunately, I cannot rate the product that I would have loved to say I received, but Best Buy has provided litany of excuses as to why they cannot install my fridge, each by a different dude, despite the last dude (in a series of many) that I spoke to who said they could. After 4 'delivery' attempts, for which they were unprepared, unwilling and unable to accommodate, I am still without my new fridge.

    Pitcher problems

    The refrigerator keeps overfilling the water pitcher in the door so it spills all over everything when the door is opened and/or the pitcher is removed.

    the reason for cancellation is your delivering system twice they kept me waiting my time is valuable too the driver came to the house never got out of the truck look and left you may want to ask Jose the driver what is his problem

    Less than 1 months of ownership and already several problems. The off shore customer service for Samsung is abysmal. Very dissatisfied. No resolution to our issues

    Purchased this fridge as an open box sale item. Very happy with my purchase as when I went to see it, only one visible ding in the door. Hardly noticeable and is low so you really don’t notice it. Delivery was great, they came in and removed my old fridge and setup my new one. They were extremely service oriented and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. If I need another fridge or appliance, I’d do it again! Great experience at a great price!

    Nice 33-inch refrigerator

    We are constrained in the width, and it fits in the space available, and the doors open wide despite the wall to the left. It is much larger than the old refrigerator. The added height and depth works good for a 33-inch refrigerator. It is quiet and looks good in the Kitchen. Items in the door stay as cold as items on the shelves.
