    Dents easy,cheap thin steel

    This product seemed so great in the store and pnce receiving this within two days had small dents start appearing weve only had this a little over 1 month and is all dented up we have a baby gate that was putting just one i did put foam onnthat to prevent anymore but we had a awful frigidaire before this and it never dented on the outside and had that for 5 years but went with this for more storage which is really great other than it having tons of dents for the amount of money we spent is just absurd very disappointed with the putside of this for only having a little over a month

    Watch the ice maker closely

    We had this fridge delivered last week, and after three days the ice maker started leaking water into the ice bin. You have to catch it right when the ice drops, otherwise it refreezes and takes a while to understand what is going on. We bought this fridge primarily for the "ice bites," so needless to say, not having ice wasn't acceptable. Best Buy was great in getting us a replacement, but the delivery person warned us that he had replaced 3 of this same fridge the previous day for the same issue. In addition, the SmartThings app does not show you the current temperature of the fridge, only the temp setting. This app should show the current temp so that you know if there is a fridge issue while you are away, and also so that you don't have to open the fridge to check the temp. Samsung should really update this. We had a Samsung that was the same cu. previously, and this fridge seems to fit more. The shelves are not as adjustable, which is disappointing. In addition, our previous Samsung died at 5 years, so not feeling great about the brand at the moment.

    When delivered refrigerator was damaged and so was our front door. Still waiting for the refrigerator to be fixed and I have to take my time to refinish my front door.

    Took 6 days to cool down?

    I’m actually not sure what went on here. We received this fridge 6 days ago & we thought we had a broken one because it wasn’t cooling. Turns out it it just needed 6 days before it decided to cool down? Now it’s working amazingly and I’m so confused.

    Love the refrigerator, but the freeze door already has dents on it. We are a couple in our 60’s so no little kids or pets. I’m going to call Best Buy and Samsung to see what they can do about our problem!
