I wish ice was easier to get to but does give you two sizes of cubed ice. The small ones are perfect all kinds of drinks and cups. I wish it had side lighting inside the fridge part because if you put anything on top shelf basically makes the lighting useless. Other than that it gets cold fast. Looks good and fits in small or limited spaces which is what we needed. No handles on the front takes getting use to but the handless look is so clean and modern.

I've had this fridge for two weeks now and thus far, it's pretty nice. It's much more spacious than my last fridge, comes with a pitcher that refills itself and I love how it makes two types of ice. (Watch out Sonic ice!) My only gripe, is the open door alarm. It's an alarm that sounds after the fridge door(s) have been open for more than 5 minutes. So I have to ignore the constant beeping (and alerts to my phone!) while I'm cleaning out the fridge. As far as I can tell there isn't a way to turn off the alarm "feature" with this model. Hence 4 starts instead of 5. Other than that, it's a decent fridge.

The shelf’s are not adjustable so it’s difficult to store large bottles of drinks and large items, very disappointed about the shelf space

I like this fridge because I can see things easily. The beverage station is convenient and I love the different sized ice.

This Fridge was for sale and it's a really nice fridge for the sale price. I would not buy it for the standard price.

This Samsung refrigerator was perfect for our smaller space. It features French door style opening on the top for the refrigerator and a slide out drawer with two levels for freezer storage. In the freezer it has a 2 sided removable bin w scoop for two different ice cube sizes which are perfect. Small square cubes and some really tiny sugar cube sizes. The two freezer drawers are able to store a lot more than you think! The refrigerator is also very spacious considering this is a smaller sized refrigerator and is meant for smaller spaces like a townhome or apartment. The water dispenser is on the inside of the door and it also has a water jug, initially I thought the water jug would be of no use, but I have found that it seems to be well worth having at different times and since it automatically refills once you return the water jug to the door it is super convenient! Very pleased with this refrigerator!

We purchased this fridge for our kitchen. We are a family of five so we do put a lot in the fridge and freezer. You must be careful to not overload freezer area as the ice maker will not produce a lot of ice. Love the option of water container that automatically refills after each use. Have to change water filter more compared to our old whirlpool.

Everything about this fridge is great. The only problem is shelving is too short. Otherwise it is deep enough. It has a lot of ice. The freezer storage is good size and the fridge itself is not too wide so it fits really nice inside the counter height.

This fridge fits my family’s needs well. The freezer has lots of space land ice production is good. We like the built in water carafe in the refrigerator door. The sleek design is appealing. The door bins hold lots of items. And the price was great.

Very spacious and sleek design. Really like having the water inside the door and having water pitcher with the infuser. Didn't realize the ice maker makes both large and small ice cubes which surprisingly has come in handy. The only concern so far after having it for a week is it made a buzzing noise a few days after we got it. It went away after 15-20 minutes but couldn't figure out where it came from.

This refrigerator fit in our spot perfect. My family loves the indoor beverage center. Space and shelves are a good setup for us. The freezer makes 2 sizes of ice. Kids like the smaller ice. The freezer capacity fits most of our every day food. We have a standalone freezer for most of our freezer food. We like the no handle design.

The fridge is great, issues are the shelves are not adjustable, and when it came it had a super thick foam in areas, that was VERY HARD to remove... top half we just took off the plastic protector with it, bottom half took a lot of solvent and elbow grease. Plus we bought install and they plugged in, not hooking up water was a minor inconvenience. We love the water inside (so young children cant play with) and the ice options. Im happy with purchase, wife is too even though the shelves are changing what we buy food wise.

I like this refrigerator, but wish it had zero-clearance hinges. I actually paid more for this smaller refrigerator with less features I wanted (sensor auto open door) because the larger bespoke model would not fit my space by an inch because of the hinges. We do enjoy the 2 types of ice and the beverage center.

Overall it’s a good fridge and the water pitcher is nice addition. Preventing it from being 5 stars is the idiotic way it was assembled. They coated the stainless steel in plastic film which makes sense to prevent marks on the stainless before delivery. However they must have assembled the fridge with the plastic film already on the stainless, so the plastic coverings on the corners and rubber seals in the doors are over top of the plastic film. This makes it difficult to remove the plastic film fully by peeling it off… Best Buy themselves I give a 1 star due to my first delivery arriving damaged… which happens the worlds not perfect but I expected better from Best Buy in coming up with a solution. The communication was terrible and a turnoff to future purchases from them.

Love the fridge!! Favorite part is the water pitcher.

Freezer could be a tad bigger, but overall good fridge for my family

WIFE LIKES THE FRIDGE, IT FITS IN THE SPACE GREAT AND YOU CAN OPEN THE DOORS ALMOST ALL THE WAY, LIKE THE TWO DIFFERENT SIZE ICE CUBES, WILL KNOW THE QUALITY IN 2 YR'S

Nice fridge. Slim design with no handles. Drawers feel a bit cheaply made. No issues with using them though.

I’ve had the Samsung French door fridge for a month. Love it!! Our side by side fridge died all of a sudden. Best Buy’s delivery date on this model was the fastest & price was lowest compared to the other stores. This fridge is so spacious I can put trays of cookie dough, large pizza box, . The bottom freezer double tray is so spacious, designed simply but functionally. My only complaint & why I knocked off a star— the height of the shelves. I have different milk & juice cartons, bottles of sauces, items I have to lay flat. The shelves are not adjustable. I almost didn’t purchase this fridge for that very reason, but I’m glad I compromised. It doesn’t bother me as much as I thought it would & I’ve had no sauce leaks.
