Ft French Door Fingerprint Resistant Refrigerator- Black stainless steel on September 2, 2019. I have had no problems until February 9, 2020, @ 10:30 p.m. water was running all over my kitchen, utility room, and carport until my husband cut the water supply off. I call Samsung three times for them to tell me that Best Buy has me purchasing the fridge in 2018 and asked did I have my receipt. I told them no and said that it was out of warrant, therefore; I explained to them that I purchased the fridge with my Best Buy credit card. Know I have a claimed number for someone to come out and check the fridge and floor.

Great fridge for our family of four.

We love the freezer on the bottom and having the water and ice (cubed or crushed) in the outside of the door. Several different compartments that keep our food at the correct temperatures. Cleans easy, and magnets stick to it. We love this fridge.

My last Samsung fridge did not have the ice/water dispenser and had much more interior room. In hindsight I wish I hadn't chosen this particular model.

Terrible but! Freezes up constantly!

The freezing up of the main coils is a REAL thing. Happens within a month if defrosting it! Read all the other reviews and you will see, after a short period of time this will start to act up. Be sure to learn how to take your refrigerator apart and how to turn it to forced defrost mode. It’s frustrating!
