I have the one with the external deli drawer at my house and am very, very happy with that fridge. However, when I was shopping for a new one for my fiancé’s place, I thought this one would be just as good since it has the big 3rd drawer with independent controls, just internal to the main compartment. I was so wrong! It is a pain to have to open BOTH upper doors every time you want something out of that drawer. And it is not nearly as large or as sturdy as the external one. The control panel, to include the ice and water controls, are better on the other one, too. I wish I had spent the extra $500 on the other model.

Would like more space for taller items have to lay some items down

We replace our 20yr old whirlpool refrigerators with this beautiful Samsung Fridge. It's only been 2 months, but so far so good.

I wish I'd seen this known problem with the ice compartment before I bought this refrigerator! The compartment can be hard to open even in a display model, but this refrigerator was no good to me when I could never open the ice maker compartment to throw out the ice after initial use or when changing the filter. I'm 70 years old and I didn't want to start out with a refrigerator where I couldn't use the ice maker. Best Buy was good about letting me trade to a totally different brand and style of refrigerator since I was within 15 days of my original purchase.

It's ok but not impressed. Need to have at least a tray for water.

Love everything about his refrigerator and am overall very happy with the purchase! Only complaint would be the shelving is a bit A-symmetrical for me.

We love our new fridge! Many options, very roomy and open box condition was excellent! Ended up buying the matching stove and microwave too! Dishwasher is next!
