2nd one we have owned (sold the first one with our last home). Filters are a pain, but product is high quality.

this refrigerator has a great lighting to see the items. the slide out drawers are easy to keep clean. the freezer very convenient with the sliding shelf

Great stainless steal refrigerator. The only downfall I had with it was the water filter needed to be replaced 2 months after we bought it.

An Excellent frig for the price! We loved the bottom freezer, so we didn't have to bend over to get stuff out of the non-freezer part.

A great experience only spoiled by the Refrigerator being delivered with a dented door handle and Best Buy still not delivering a replacement almost 4 weeks later.

Nice fridge. Much better than the side by side it replaced. Lots of space and it looks awesome! I don't think I would go with any other brand.

BB delivered our new fridge and I noticed the top right hinge cover was higher than the left. The delivery guys worked on it but couldn't get the cover to sit right. And to be honest, it appeared to be latching correctly. So they ordered a second one and when they delivered it, it was exactly the same. POOR design. We've had the original for a few weeks now and all I can say is, it is MUCH louder than our old Kenmore side-by-side. Overall, disappointing.

I really wasn't looking for French Doors on the fridge. We've had a side by side for 20 years and I liked the tried and true, but my sweetheart was really taken with the "new and improved." So, after several trips into the store, I decided that since we had a front opening freezer in the garage, I figured I could live with the new configuration in the refrigerator. Have to say, I love it. I really like the fridge layout. The freezer isn't as cumbersome as I feared. Don't know if I would want the bottom freezer if we didn't have the second one just steps outside the kitchen door. I do a lot of cooking and large quantities of food get cooked ahead and frozen. The new freezer is great for a small convenience selection, but I don't know that I'd like rummaging down there through quarts of homemade soup, a months worth of meat at a time, and the extra bread, bakery and vegetables that are stacked in my freezer. It is an appliance focused on the refrigerator and It does a great job with that! Folks who regularly freeze large quantities of food may find the lower freezer too cumbersome unless you have a second deep freeze.
