the right side door is useless for storage the shelving on the left is okay

I am happy with the freezer on the bottom design, and the fact that I can flip and move shelves around to meet my needs.

Bought an open box item and was very pleased with the product and service. Not only did we get a great price, but when the item was delivered, the delivery crew pointed out that the water line was broken, we then called the Geek squad and a replacement part was ordered immediately, and repaired within 1 week at no additional cost to us. Fridge now works great!

I must say i purchased this because i am a huge samsung lover and this one product changed my mind about their fridge line. the parts was replaced 3 times by BB technicians and they were all stumped and even had samsung rep on phone and could not figure out the problem finally they replaced under the lemon law but took 3 months of having issues and constant food spoilage because the fridge kept freezing all the food like it was in freezer. swapped out with a competitor and love the lg door in door so far no problems. had the samsung for 2 years before problems started.

Poor Design very disappointing. The Door keeps breaking Ice maker slowly quit making Ice. To not working at all. My fist experience with Samsung products and I won't be buying anymore for me or the houses I build.

Only issue is that you can't store a gallon of milk

Not enough room for tall items-door racks way too small and plain stupid.Have to open both doors to get to cool select pantry and it is too small in height.

I really like this fridge very quite and lights just where I need them.

I selected this refrigerator based on reviews. The price I paid was a great value. I've enjoyed having the french doors and freezer on the bottom. It's so much easier getting things out of the freezer than the side by side I had. Enjoying the dual temperature, it keeps my fruit and vegetables lingers. Also like that the freezer handles rotate. It seems to make it easier to pull out and I don't have to worry with the kids pulling to hard. I'm glad that I bought this model.

I recently purchased this refrigerator. The product seemed to work ok but was noisy. We never hooked up the water/ice maker because the unit was damaged on delivery and we had to get another unit. Best Buy's delivery crew was very unprofessional and the person I have to talk to about the damages was rude and inconsiderate. Later I was told by a Best Buy representative that if you don't get free installation, you get a less experienced team. I thought I had free installation and if I knew all this, I would have made sure I had this or purchased elsewhere. Way more stress than I wanted for a refrigerator.

Very nice and roomy slots of space inside ice and water good

Love this fridge for the price we got it. Icemaker is great - 2 kinds of ice. The water sprays out at a slightly weird angle, but you get used to it. Great freezer space. We have many tall items (wine bottles, juice bottles, syrup, etc) and have trouble making space for them. Overall - a great buy.

I was not informed that this model did not collect ice in the freezer. I did not even think to ask the question. If ice comes out the door I would assume it collects in the freezer.I also do not like that the doors do not self close. Very disappointed with this freezer.

I am disappointed in the water flow of the dispenser. Overall the refrigerator is great, just that one flaw and we haven't been able to get any solution from manufacturer. The suggestions they have given haven't changed the outcome.

Bought this refrigerator to replace our old one that died. Big and spacious. Quiet runner.

I purchased this Samsung fridge for my grandmother who has found this to be easy to use and incredibly functional. Each of the compartments are easy for her to access and she likes the various conveniences the fridge offers. She is not high tech so I was slightly worried about the tech conveniences the fridge offers. She is by no means overwhelmed. She's loves it and raves about it all the time. Great purchase!
