I love how large it is and the layout both in the fridge section as well as the freezer. I am very impressed the increase in storage in the freezer over my old side by side. With all the adjustments I can make in the fridge I can find a spot for everything!

Before purchasing I read a lot of reviews about refrigerators. The deciding factor was a labor day bundle deal. I got a great price and overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. Product works as described. The only thing negative I can say about my experience is that the first refrigerator was delivered dented and I had to refuse it. While the delivery driver was there we called Best Buy to have a new one delivered. On day of the second delivery, they never showed up. After calling, the new fridge was delivered a week later.

I like the refrigerator. The freezer drawer in the bottom was probably the best thing about it. It had an incredible amount of storage. The refrigerator section seemed difficult to be able to store all the things I needed. The shelves move and some flip up or roll back but it just seemed choppy. I could never seem to store all my upright larger items like milk jugs, tea pitchers, juice bottles, etc. the storage on the doors was also very limited. Although I loved the freezer storage in the bottom-I was not thrilled with the refrigerator section.

We bought a French door model it looks so nice in the kitchen Its so quiet you cant hear it run.. there is a lot of room in it.; we had a side by side before the freezer drawer is easy to organize. The ice maker is a must have feature. We have it for 2 weeks and everything is perfect.

We picked up this refrigerator on sale for about $500 off its listed price, When we got it delivered by two awesome Best Buy delivery guys we noticed a few things we did not notice in the show room with this refrigerator. The first thing was the outside finish shows every smudge,finger print and water stain, the second thing was the french doors and the way they close, you cant just swing them shut you have to push them shut it just got so annoying specially when your hands are full, the third thing was the large bottom crisper drawer would come off track just a little bit that made the drawer sticky and difficult to open, the ice dispenser on the front of the door delivered slow ice with many cubes broken into little ice chunks, and finally the fridge hums a lot, our currant fridge does that also but it does not seem as loud or maybe its just cause i hated this fridge so much i was bias? In any case Best Buy was awesome and worked with us to return this refrigerator and buy one about $400 cheaper then the Samsung's listed price and we are much happier now.

Nice size, sleek look. Although not as much refrigerator space as we thought upon purchase. Still adjusting from our freezer top one we've had for 8 years. But overall a nice buy.

i love my new refrigerator! i've wanted one of this style for a long time, and finally got one when we bought our first home. my only complaint is that the top shelf is where we usually store some of our more tall items (i.e. ketchup bottles, juice bottles, soda cans, etc.) and there is not enough space to do so without laying said bottles on their side, and there is no way to adjust the top shelf. there is of course some room in the door for those things, but as a family of 6, the door shelves filled up quickly.

This is a great fridge for the money. We love it. Makes lots of ice. Only drawback is no real catch basin for water...so water splashes sometimes and drips down front of fridge.

The refrigerator is quiet, the slid back and flip up shelves are handy, it keeps the food items fresher longer than I would have expected. The interior light is soft and pleasant and the water dispenser distributes either ice cubes or crushed ice with no problem. Great refrigerator.

I've only had this fridge for 2 months and so far so good. It looks really sharp and the black stainless was the reason I went for this brand in spite of the ice maker issues I read in other reviews. I purchased the 5 year protection plan to cover that scenario. I LOVE the extra space this fridge affords in both to top and freezer sections as opposed to my old side-by side french door. The only drawback I've experienced is how LOUD the ice maker is, especially at night. It's like Night at the Museum where everything comes alive! It took me over a week to keep from being woken up at night thinking there was a burglar in the house.

Decent size, good functionality inside (shelving well thought out, drawer inside is nice but you have to open both doors). The ice maker can be loud at times but it provides plenty.

Everything on the fridge is amazing, The only downfall or con I have found is the ice maker is super slow to dispense when you place your cup under.

Nothing special about this refrigerator. So many compartments, but not convenient. There is lack of space for some of my taller bottles. Used to have a double door refrigerator before this. That had more space than this one. Its not quiet. The Ice maker makes big noises once in a while, which is annoying.

The first delivered fridge had some nicks on the door. The store offered a discount or an exchange. We of course wanted to exchange it. Within a week we had the new one, beautiful!!! We are happy with it.The ice makes some noise at night when you hear the it fall in the container.

We love the simplicity of this fridge and the use of the ice maker/water dispenser. It's nice and wide with lots of storage options.

I've had the refrigerator less than a month & I'm very pleased with its performance. Love the color, black stainless steel dose not show fingerprints as I was told. The water & Ice in the door makes it very convenient for the family & keeps food cold at the right temperature.

We love this fridge and were so happy it fit into the existing space. The french door style is perfect for narrow kitchens, but to open the deli rawer you still need both doors open. It looks great, best buy price matched by searching other stores websites and gave us the lowest price. The bright lights inside are great- easy to see and find things. We joked about the door alarm...but on rare occasions the door might not close tightly and the alarm will let us know. I recommend it. I did lots of research and kept coming back to the samsung.

Ive had this fridge for 4 years, No issues with cooling but the icemaker stopped working completely after three years… Of course that’s when my warranty expired. Beautiful and easy to keep clean.

I own this Fridge for 3 years now. I have to defrost the refrigerator section every 2 months. The ice maker is now starting to freeze up too. Samsung knows of the problem with these models and won't help us. Stay away. I've taken it apart so much the plastic cover for the coil is broken. Search Samsung Class action law suit.
