After suffering for three years with a no-room side by side refrigerator I love my new French door one!!!

As an older couple this was the perfect size appliance and the doors, shelves, freezer compartment all offered convenience and ease of access.

The biggest let down for this fridge is it is not fingerprint resistant. I am constantly wiping ot just like other stainless steel products. My 2nd issue is that there isnt much room for tall items. It fits 2 gallons of milk comfortable everything else needs to lie down. Lastly it was delivered damaged. The freezer was scratched. They let u keep the damaged one and can orderniust the doors to replace them. I've had 2 dates set for that to happen and I still have a damaged fridge... the doors aren't available each time they are suppose to come out and fix it. My experience in store purchasing the fridge was great but outside of them it has been less than perfect

I really like the room the refrigerator and freezer have. My only complaint is it is hard to get the fingerprints off.

Plenty of space inside the fridge and freezer. The color compliments most kitchens. Nice and quiet.

saw several negative reviews and was worried. but needed this fridge to match all other appliances. have had for 2 months now and everything is perfect! plus got the extended warranty for peace of mind.

I love the fridge. It's pretty great over all. Works well and keeps food cold as it should. My only problem is the shelves on the door. Because of the setup it's hard to access items in here and you can't have tall items either. Other than this I highly recommend

The shelves move and fold with ease. I am always cooking and baking so this has simplified that for me.

We've only had this fridge for about a month and it's been working great. The only complain I have is that the door sometimes won't close shut but it looks closed. Good thing there is an alarm To Notify you. The ice dispenser can be a little loud

The size of this fridge is perfect right for us. It has been working great ever since. it's very quiet. We like it.

The freezer drawer dented within 6 weeks. About a month later a second dent appeared when no one was home at the house. I could have overlooked the first dent as an unseen accident but the second dent is absurd. We have had a fridge in the exact same spot for 10 years and never have dented an appliance. After my first round of Samsung support I was told I would need a service technician and to fill out a form on the website. After I filled out that form, I received an email stating I would need a service technician and to call an 800 number. When I called that number, support was hostile, rude, tried to give me a new 800 number to schedule. Technician is finally here today and is going to charge me $341 for a new front drawer. #neverbuySamsung I am so disappointed in the product and the service and support.
