Installation went fine. I wish there would have been more direction on what to expect. For example, the water dispenser was leaking. I called customer care to find out that was normal until I ran 2 gallons of water through the dispenser.

I'm coming from a massive Samsung Chef Collection with triple metal cooling. This refrigerator was fully loaded. It was beautiful but problematic from the get-go. I was glad I got the 5 year protection plan, I got my money's worth. Ice maker replaced a total of three times, other issues with the motherboard, blue on front of shelves blistered and peeled. The final straw was all the freon leaked out rendering it useless and to repair it was 1100.00. We parted ways. It was only 5 years old. So why did I pick Samsung again? It was literally the only one that had all the features I wanted in a smaller fridge and all of my other Samsung products have served me well. 4 stars for now with fingers crossed. But just to be safe I got the 5 year extended warranty. BTW, Geek Squad was great about fixing the other one numerous times.

Love love love this beautifully designed refrigerator. It’s stunning to look at. Even more importantly it’s capacity is amazing for its 33” width. So spacious and thought out so well. Love the middle pull out drawer. The freezer is huge. All in all a very attractive appliance that packs plenty of great features.

So far, we love this fridge. We’ve only had it a couple weeks, but we haven’t had any issues, major or minor. We opted to install the water line ourselves, which was relatively easy. The water dispenser is quick, the freezer works well, and I feel like we have enough space for our family. Overall, we love it.

Expensive but great!!! We got the floor model with a small dent in the side (took off $600 for a dent that’s covered up by the side wall) and it’s the best fridge we ever got. Doesn’t have WiFi (does you really need it?) but has water and ice dispenser, lots of space, and everything we need!

Very nice refrigerator. Quiet and maintains temperature well. Food lasts longer than in my old frig. The left door shelves are very limited due to the large amount of space taken by the ice maker. The water\ice maker work very well. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is great feature!

Good refrigerator, nice features, but dent and scratch easy I like the refrigerator overall. I wish the manufacture used more durable and tougher material. The refrigerator has scratches and dents from install but it is a good refrigerator.

Plenty of room, wife loves her 3rd drawer. After 6 months this product is performing as expected with no issues, was Leary of Samsung selling refrigerator's but pleasantly surprised with the quality and performance.

I have been searching for a modern but small refrigerator for almost a year and almost gave up. On at trip through Best Buy the appliance associate mentioned that one of the 36 inch Samsung’s had a little sister they just don’t keep it in store. Turns out it was 32.75 inches wide but otherwise exactly like the big one. I know Samsung refrigerators are not always reliable and it’s brand new but Best Buy insists on this review now so I will say so far the only negative thing is I wish it had ice pellets instead of the crescent moon but I can crush them so not so bad. I will update if anything horrible happens but so far it’s absolutely perfect!

I'll be able to live with this appliance for a long time. Samsung has great engineers. The only ones that might top them are their designers. Lots of space and functionality! What more can I say. From phones to tvs now I own one of their great appliances.

Very happy with this refrigerator. Seems to have room for all of our cold items and freezer has a lot of space also. The middle drawer can be used for a variety of items (cheese to cans of soda to bottles of wine) - pleased with the flexibility.

I love this refrigerator. I have had it for a month and do not, as many other reviewers have stated, have any problems with the water and ice dispenser. The fingerprint resistant finish is not very resistant, but SA polish works well.

Great design, lots of easily accessible storage, both refrigerator and freezer. Easy to use electronic controls. We all love the exterior ice and water dispenser. This is the best refrigerator I’ve ever owned. Pricey but worth it.

Fridge came and never cooled. Had to return and get a new one. Fingerprint resistant is fake.

Would be an EXCELLENT purchase, but, since its a 33" wide, instead of the normal 35", it cost almost $1000 more. Doesn'take since... Other than that, it is awesome

Refrigerator is great other than leaking water from the door water dispenser. Service tells us it is from the iron filter/curtain that we have installed in the house.

Just wish that they had availability for the charcoal (black) smudge proof in this model. This stainless smudge proof shows fingerprints. We like everything else about the fridge.

After a two month wait, the refrigerator was installed by Best Buy in December 2021. By July 2022 it was leaking...FROM THE TOP exterior part of the refrigerator. We had to wait several weeks for Samsung to have a repair person visit. They removed the upper panel from the TOP of the refrigerator and water was coming out of a hole that also had wires coming out of it. They said it was not repairable. We keep the icemaker turned off to keep water from dripping off of the top and down the side of the fridge. It's the end of August and Samsung has notified us that Best Buy will be calling us (within 14 business days) to exchange the defective fridge for the exact same model, IF it can be found. If not, we are supposed to receive store credit for the amount that we spent on the original purchase. (Samsung wants the defective refrigerator back.)

Love it so far!! No complaints. I absolutely love the drawer. It works great for all the kids lunchables and snacks so that they are not constantly opening the doors.
