Ice maker takes up WAY too much room on the refrigerator shelf. That's right, the refigerator shelf! Other similarly priced models have the ice maker in the door, so as not to sacrifice refrigerator main shelf space & are also fingerprint resistant. This one isn't & it makes a difference. Worst thing abt this Samsung experience is that the left side of the freezer door hinge NEVER worked correctly, from delivery/installation on 5/5/22. Therefore this freezer remains useless, bc u can't open/close it. The 2 geek squad members worked & worked on the hinge, but to no avail. I understand there are "lemons", but we won't be making lemonade anytime soon. After another geek squad member came out with a new freezer door hinge/track, he informed us we needed a replacement refrigerator. So we decided on another brand, which is also backordered & won't be delivered/installed until 2.5 months after this original Samsung was delivered (July 19th if no additional delays). Another Samsung would've taken an extra 6 weeks (around 1st of Sept!!). I'm sure Best Buy can't do anything abt availability from manufacturers. Unfortunately this new refrigerator we are now waiting on, will be the 3rd in the past 2 years! We purchased an LG on Memorial Day weekend 2020, and it just suddenly stopped working last December (2021) & would not power back on. Best Buy turned over the case to LG about a month after sending techs out who couldn't fix the LG (& it appeared the issue was the compressor/cooling element). Warning: DO NOT buy a refrigerator with R600A coolant bc NO ONE is licensed to work on it!! LG was the worst customer service experience I've EVER had. Can't begin to count how manh times I waited a long time on hold, only to be disconnected, or transferred 4 or 5 times. Wish I could review the LG also--it would be 2 stars, only bc of the in-door ice maker. Hope you have better luck that we have had with refrigerators!

Love this appliance so far ! Perfect because there are not that many 34” appliances with ice and water in this door. Deli drawer is interesting and I think will be useful for everyday easy reach items. It seems that if this fridge is installed against a wall on either side that the hinges need and extra 1/2-3/4 inch to open all the way. Mine was installed with 1/2 “ extra clearance and it barely opens all the way! In fact I just realized that the only reason the door on the left opens fully is that the door handle goes into the space of the window opening! I love the fridge anyway!

I love this refrigerator! There’s so much room. The French doors are so nice, and the extra drawer for deli meat, cheese, or bottled water is awesome! The sliding basket in the freezer is, also nice to have. You won’t be disappointed!

What a wonderful fridge. Everything that we could ask for. The middle drawer is very flexible and the interior is surprisingly spacious and adaptable to all items shapes and sizes. This is a great value and very well designed and manufactured fridge.

Very spacious and beautiful. Only problem so far is the cable for the draws are getting caught in the glide arms for the draws. When this happens I have to take the fridge trays out and reposition the wire.

Nice quiet good looking refrigerator but lil small but I’m happy I got conveniently four doors contemporary. But from water dispenser water is not coming clean even after 15 glass of water. Still shows tiny bubbles when u see it from the glass.

Only had it less than a week, but we already LOVE it. As long as everything continues to work (Icemaker in particular) we will be forever happy with this purchase. Watched a few YouTube videos on the fridge and learned a little extra about its capabilities! We couldn't fit a 36" in the space, and this fit was perfect for our 34" space

I have 2 grand girls (twins)and a new fridge was needed also the new features is a bonus ,size is perfect for our new normal and beyond Its has been a roller coaster finding the right one right price 9 month search 1 week wait now I want to cook after all walmart and publix are the new Mall Thank You

It took the delivery of 3 refrigerators to finally get one that was acceptable. The first on had a shelf that was higher on one side by about an inch. The 2nd one did not cool at all even though the temperature on front of unit indicated it had cooled. Now, the 3rd one seems to be acceptable. Samsung apparently has poor quality control.

Was not happy that it took three times before I got. Refrigerator that worked. Then the third refrigerator had scratches. Crushed ice takes too long to dispense. And plastic wa still visible on the refrigerator.

One month in - this fridge is excellent. I read the reviews and assume I’m in for ice maker heartache at some point in the future, but here’s why I was willing to gamble. 1. This was the only 33 inch width fridge that had a stand-alone deli drawer. With two kids, this was a must. If you have to open both doors of the fridge to pull out a plastic drawer that is at most convenient height for little legs, that will break just as fast as an ice maker. The divider in the drawer shifts to any configuration so easily. I change the size of the four square division while unloading groceries regularly. 2. When I moved into this house it had a side by side. I assumed I could live with it until it died to save money. So far, my only regret about purchasing this fridge is that I waited two years to do it. I can see so much better and the door space is superior, seven with the shallow door shelves on the ice Maker side. 3. The door fits a gallon of milk and a one half gallons of half-and-half and one pint of heavy cream in one door shelf. That is the most important measure in my house. 4. It’s very quiet. 5. Month one - love it. Based on reviews I may change my mind at some point when the ice maker starts siezing up, but I decided to just buy the extended warranty from the store and roll the dice as to which would upset me more: a broken ice maker (This model) or deli door (on the other brands that only had built in drawers on the models in size).

I am loving my new frig. No more running to the gas station for bags of ice. Even though the new refrigerator is the same size, The shelve placement and 4th drawer makes it seem more spacious. My old refrigerator was a 3 door model. The only negative is the door ice dispenser. After only a couple of days the door ice dispenser stopped. So, I went online and found that there were lots of complaints about this issue. I emptied the ice bucket, which was topped out, and then the door ice dispenser started back up. Of course there wasn't any ice in it, but the agitator was moving. After waiting a while it worked fine as the bucket filled up. A few days later the same thing happened. The bucket was full, like the first time, so I emptied all but a small amount and the door ice dispenser went to working. So it seems that when the bucket is topped out, is when the door ice dispenser gets to where it will not work. I have started turning the ice maker off during part of the day, to keep the bucket from topping out and that seems to solve the problem. As long as the ice bucket is not topped out, everything works great. Other than this problem, which I have worked out a work around, I am happy with my purchase. Samsung should put some time of device that would tell the icemaker to stop when the bucket gets 3/4 full. I think that would solve this problem. My 2 cents worth.

Fridge has strange sounds after 1 year. We like the design of the fridge as it is spacious and it was narrow enough for our small house

I like this fridge, bottom freezer is spacious and it makes a nice amount of ice. The middle drawer is great for large trays of food, lots of bottles of wine, or a couple of 9x13 pans and it has separate temperature controls. The fridge is nice sized and well lit. The water dispenser is agonizingly slow, it is definitely not fingerprint resistant, and the surface scratches very easily - I scratched it with a simple sponge trying to get off a big sticker on the front of it.

Getting a new fridge is like getting a new boyfriend. Everything is great in the beginning. That's how I feel about this new shiny fridge. It's so attractive. It's quiet and doesn't make any annoying sounds. The quality of materials seems decent. The doors and drawers have some weight to them so it feels substantial when you open/close. The interior space utilization is better than other 33" models. We will see how it holds up a few months/years into the relationship. I appreciate that the fridge was well packaged, but the protective plastic is stuck in the seams. I would appreciate any tips on how to get the plastic out of the seams.
