For example, upon arrival, the install team said that we need to hire a plumber to run a copper or stainless steel water line before they would install the appliance. On top of that, Best Buy attempted to deliver a visibly damaged refrigerator to my home. They fumbled the exchange for a new undamaged refrigerator. They have both refrigerators in their possession and have yet to process my refund.
