    Flex Drawer broke after one year and one month. No longer under warranty. Samsung discontinued parts to repair the drawer. So the drawer and extra storage no longer usable after only 14 months. Will never buy Samsung brand again.

    The fridge leaking over a month , I called Samsung the send over technicians tree times they still can't fix it , they still don't want to give me a refund as yet

    Says deliveryed but still have my old refrigerator. So much for guaranteed before chrismtas. ordered nov 30th.

    Ice Machine Keeps Leaking

    At first this fridge was perfect. It had everything that we wanted, however there were reviews about the ice machine and it leaking. Definitely should have trusted my gut on this one and stayed away. 5 months into owning it, the ice machine kept dripping out the front, and leaking on the inside as well. Got it fixed and worked until this month. They came out and did the same repair, and charged a fortune to fix it, even though they said it would be free if it's "ice machine" related. I do love everything about the fridge, minus the issues we have. Samsung will not do anything about it either, except temporary repairs. Just be prepared!

    Frustrated...

    I bought this refrigerator in June 2021, it worked well and had a great capacity, but I had concerns because the ice maker was very slow dispensing ice from day one. I became accustomed to waiting longer to fill a cup because it always produced and there was a comforting sticker on the fridge that said 10 year warranty. Now the ice maker has stopped working and I discovered that my refrigerator is out of warranty. I chose this refrigerator for two reasons, it fit my space and the ice maker specs stated it made 10 lbs of ice per day. When you buy an appliance and spend almost $3k on it, not to mention that I also purchased a Samsung stove, microwave, and dishwasher at the same time, you expect it to be fully functional for longer than two years and hope appliance repair expenses are not in your future.

    Ice Maker is worthless and unreliable

    Refrigerator is fantastic. However, the ice maker is worthless! the Ice maker is too small and can not keep up with a family of 4. Additionally, it frosts up and clogs every 2 weeks where the ice tray drops in to the bucket. I understand this is a long time problem. Samsung has no fix. Look up the class action suit before you buy.

    Issues with the ice maker causing a class action lawsuit. Samsung customer service will not resolve the issue if you are out of warranty. Do NOT purchase. Too expensive not to make any ice!!!

    The worst fridge

    We had this fridge for about two years now. The coldest temperature in the refrigerator is 41°. Samsung did absolutely nothing for us. The icemaker constantly ices up stopping the ice from dropping in the tray. The back panel does not have a heating element for deicing. About every six months we have to defrost the fridge for the ice to melt so it works properly. It was so many bad reviews on this fridge after we bought it. Samsung cannot make good appliances and your customer service is terrible.

    Samsung RF25HM had very poor quality

    After four and half years, my Samsung 33 inch wide 25 CU FT refrigerator with the model type of RF25HM** started to have water leakage and frost issues with much loader noises. I gave up fixing the problems to buy a new refrigerator with a different brand name.

    I am very sad and disappointed with this purchase. I just purchased my first home and with that this fridge as my first fridge purchase as well. 1.5 weeks into having the fridge it dies. Best Buy came out and deemed the mother board is shot ALREADY!!! Replacement parts are going to take a few weeks. We are past the return date now so we are stuck waiting for replacement parts. I can't even enjoy my new home and fridge The cherry on top is that the first round of groceries I bought all rotted thanks to having no power :) this is supposed to be an exciting time for a new home buyer and this fridge has ruined it. 0/10 do not reccomend.
