Buyer Beware Of Best or Worst Buy

The 2nd refrigerator was delivered August 7. I purchased the installation but they said they could not hook it up to a plastic water line. The installation kit came with the compression fittings needed and I had to hook it up myself. They put a large 1/2" wide and about 13" long scrape on my kitchen floor as well as damaging the paint on the entrance way into the kitchen. The right handle was loose and I had to remove the handle to tighten up the lower screw that was not done. So far we like the refrigerator but would not buy from Best Buy again.
