Best Buy used Roadie for the delivery, and the driver decided to steal it instead of delivering it. On the day it was originally supposed to be delivered, the driver canceled the order (why was he allowed to do this when he wasn't the customer, I really don't know). In order to get a refund, I was told by Best Buy customer service that the driver had to return it first (this was 4 days after the driver picked it up from the store, over an hour away). I had to go through my credit card and got a refund right away. I'm not sure why Best Buy would use a service like Roadie to deliver electronics, but I'm sure they have a ton of issues with people stealing these items. I eventually ordered this from Amazon, which I should have done in the first place

Only after using a few times, I noticed that it becomes warm. I am concerned about it and avoid charging it overnight. Definitely will not recommend if you have a safety concern.

Bought two so I got duoblely had as the old charger bricks and cords work just fine. BB hired help don't know their products very well or just wanting to upsale the customer.
