Sold something that wasn’t correct.

It didn’t even connect to the cable purchased with it. The sales obviously didn’t have adequate training, because I was told this was the product I needed for my question. I would recommend this item if I had a use for it.

Charger but no cord!

Ironically, there are plenty of these chargers available but no cords. This should be sold as a kit with the cord.

Wires worked fine with other chargwrs so its definitely these bricks

I need to charge the phone twice a day. My old Galaxy S8 was better. Besides, why does the phone not come with a charger? My last Samsung phone and charger.

It does not charge my phone "Super fast". In fact it said 2 hours to charge from 15%.

Stopped working after 3 days.

Best buy sold me the regular cords, yet do not carry the chargers for them. Returned this, did not work, and , my fault, but best uy ought to carry the chargers that most of their customers have and that they sell cords for.
