If my representative didnt have answer he went and found someone who could help. He also took the time to help us maneuver the device

Good news, it charges my 2 Samsung Note 20s, Samsung 10000 battery bank, and my Samsung Chromebook Pro. Bad news, it fails to charge ANY of my type c flashlights, type c accessories, and it fails to charge my Fitbit Inspire 3!!! The old Samsung battery brick charged everything I had that was type c. Now, it's restricted on most accessories I try to plug in. Thanks for the "upgrade". Looking for older charger bricks to get the job done. Can't return due to being past the time allotted.
