    We replaced all of our appliances within the past year (w/d, fridge, stove, dish). Terrible experience with all deliveries/installations. All products are working fine except the fridge! We have had nothing but issues with this fridge since purchasing. 1st fridge broke, 2nd fridge arrived completely damaged out of the box (didn't even install), 3rd fridge dented at installation & broke 4-months later. Dented door was supposed to be replaced, never heard back or replaced. Ice machine also not the best. Constantly got stuck. 4-months later the fridge completely stopped cooling overnight. Had to toss everything. 2-days later, the fridge notification came on the screen stating it was not working properly. Not helpful when the contents are already ruined. Best Buy tech came out to repair. Unrepairable. In order to get a refund, I had to reach out to Samsung directly. Samsung said they have to send their "authorized dealers" to deem the fridge unrepairable. THREE additional repair trips out and replacing ALL possible parts, they are still refusing to refund when I called for a status update. They want to send another repair tech out next day without notifying me to replace a part that was already replaced. ONE month later, 4 repair trips, hours of my time off work wasted, daily grocery trips to feed our family of four, still resolution/refund, and a broken fridge. I have been more than accommodating and have yet to hear back from a supervisor.

    I origionally wanted the 4 door flex but it was backordered. So i took my 3 year old to the store and was leaning to the 2 bottom drawer, then i saw that this fridge my kid could reach the fridge easier because the fridge is lower and bigger. Now that i have it im confident i made the right choice. All 3 of my kids love the fridge and can access qll the shelves and drawers that are set uo for them to access their food. The touch screen is a great toy but is rarely used but is nice to see my kids photos and leave notes for my kids. The qbility to see inside from the store is cool but u cannot see the doors. The milk is in the door and i cant see it. Also the fridge tries and fails to identify what is in it, i wish there was a way to teach the fridge what it is seeing. Also i hope they upgrade the fridge with camersa that view the doors and a better view of the drawers.

    We were attracted to the smart refrigerator but after getting it home, realized there was not enough efficient space inside. There are limited configurations for shelving and the ice maker is slow and the ice looks like snow. Also, doors need to be hand closed.

Large Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Family Hub and External Water & Ice Dispenser. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.

      For safety reasons, adjust the front a little higher than the rear. By tilting the fridge back in small increments on the right and left sides, the doors should automatically close when the doors are open halfway. Once achieved, make sure the fridge is level. Also, when selecting your ice, please select cubed, not crushed.

    We absolutely love the refrigerator. But the movers put lots of dents in the front. Know we waiting for them to come change the door Sad but the refrigerator is everything

    My refrigerator came in and I had to go pick it up. It was wrapped and packaged Very Well. so when I got it back to the house and inside my house I unpackaged the item. There were dents all over the doors. It had to of happened pre-packaging. I called right away and was told that someone would come out and replace the doors. I now can't get anyone to return my calls. Very disappointing that I paid this much for a product and this is the service I get.

    The fridge is fine but there is a panel in between two door that suppose to change angle and block the space between two door but it’s not doing it’s function. It’s so annoying that there is a gap in between two doors.
