    2 nd attemp to replace screen . Have had issues with loosing internet connection and touch screen not working. I keep calling Samsung and they keep telling me to trouble shoot and reset system. Nope . Technology is nice , but not worth the headache for what the fridge is worth.Ring app doesn’t work and when it does it’s slow. Cool features, if the screen worked!

    Fridge is okay. If your looking to integrate the display with anything but SmartThings dont bother with this fridge. You have to download photos to fridge or play them off of flash drive. Will not integrate with whole house audio speakers with google home. I thought the display would be more like a smart device, it’s not. Very underwhelming, was expecting more.

    Not a good experience. We had to reschedule 4 times to get a fridge delivered! After 4 times, they still didn't finish the whole set up and left without installing the water set up. I don't think I'll be ordering from Best buy anymore.

    Fridge had a leak for 2 weeks without anyone attending to the issue. Tech confirmed to be onsite and never showed or called for reason on missing appointment. I had to fix the leak on my own!

    It looks better online. Also, you have to hold the lock button for about 20 seconds each time you want to lock or unlock it. Would not recommend.

    Refrigerator arrived damaged twice in the same spot. Support team was useless. Spent 7 hours over 2 days trying to get a third refrigerator delivered before having guests.

    The fridge was damaged! The compressor didn't work and they didn't offer me any solutions except to wait for a week and a half for another delivery

    The refrigerator is great. No issues with the refrigerator. The issue we had is the delivery and installation is not really installation. It is mostly delivery. The install company is a joke.

    I love the tablet and other bells and whistles. I did not like the ice maker because it stopped working often and I've had this unit for 4 years and now the compressor has failed. The good news is that the compressor comes with a 10 year warranty and will be covered by Samsung.

    Switched from 2 door to French 3 door. Very nice, easy to find everything both in the freezer and fridge and the built in tablet gets a lot of use and makes things more fun in the kitchen.

    This fridge is great! We love that the fridge could play music while cooking, read recipes, write notes, and watch movies on, it is beyond cool! The kids like changing our pictures on the screen to fit the season/occasion. The speaker is great. It wipes clean pretty easily (only down fall is that scratches do stand out ) and there is plenty of room in fridge and freezer. I love that the chime goes off I get an alert on my phone when the fridge door has been open too long keeps my kids from leaving it open. I have only have a couple complaints: First, you can't take the drawers out without completely taking apart the inside of the fridge. This makes it really hard to clean. The second thing that we don't like is the inability to change the shelf height. We are used to milk fitting on the top shelf, but a half gallon only fits in the door. A liter of soda, tall water bottle, or wine will not fit either- they must be laid down. All juices basically do not fit standing up. Other than these 2 things it's a great fridge.
