I love the fact that this is a handle less door, and it is very spacious inside. There isn’t wasted space, with all sorts of drawers and compartments. I can easily see everything inside my refrigerator without having to search through drawers. in love with the fridge.

This really is a Superb Refrigerator and Freezer, we can upload picture to it remotely, and view the content on an app, couldn't be more happy with this product.

The wife has had her eye on one of these for awhile. My sister in law has one, she loves it. When our fridge starting to give us problems the wife wanted this one. A little slow on making ice, but it should get us through.

Our family loves this refrigerator! It’s features are very beneficial for a busy family. Our calendars are synced and have helped us function more efficiently. As for the actual refrigerator, it does it’s job. Love, love.. love it’

Fridge Touch-Screen options do not disappoint! Love the app options and even the share screen options. If I added anything to the fridge it would be a meat drawer.

This fridge is surprisingly large. There shelves are a lot deeper than they look allowing for a large pizza box to fit.

I purchased this refrigerator on June 3rd 2023 and by 8/15/2024 the refrigerator stopped making ice and continued to say the freezer and refrigerator temperature is reading unusually high, all of my food spoiled and had to throw it away, i researched trouble shooting videos and found one that showed me how to force thaw it through the engineer mode, that seemed to work and the refrigerator was back to normal that is until January of 2025 where it stopped cooling completely had to get a technician to come over and diagnose it, he came to the conclusion it had a faulty control board, ordered me a new one and installed it, that fixed the problem until 6/5/2025 where once again it stopped making ice and stopped cooling!!! I have the warranty from thw repairs done the last time and once again the technician determine the comtrol board went bad on it. This has been by far the worse refrigerator i have evwr owned no more samsung producta for me.

The ice makers seems to struggle with making enough ice. Didn’t want to have to buy a separate kitchen appliance to make ice but I’m going to have to.

Worst Ice maker I have every owned. Don't do it. All it does is plug up. Freezes and won't let the cubes out. Builds up and you have to remove the bin to free it up. Then when you do that, it's ice all over the floor. On cubes it grinds up the ice as well. Worse piece of sh#$ ice maker that I have ever owned. Hey im 71 and have owned many fridges and ice makers. This one sukks a big one. Don't do it. I've actuall gotten to the point of getting a seperate ice maker. Never, ever again. Fridge doesn't have moveable shelves. 64oz bottles won't fit on a shelf. I ended up buying plastic bins for the freezer to hold things. If I could I would trash it. Don't do it.
