It’s damaged. They make another appointment three days later, and they just canceled it with not telling us then we was going in the store after three hour phone call and we picked the same fridge up what they normally want to deliver us by the first time with the damage why it was a scratch on the side.

Had a similar model, and it never worked well. The ice maker was supposedly fixed (twice) but never actually worked. Refrigerator and freezer completely stopped working, now. Contacted store and Samsung. It was beyond difficult to get anyone to handle the issue. Scheduled a service appointment and assumed it was with Samsung. It was actually a 3rd party that Samsung contracted with. Stated the service rep doesn’t work on Saturdays but charged my credit card. Very dissatisfied!
