    Setting up the HUB was a pain in the neck. It took way too long; the unit should have come with better setup instructions. Overall it is OK, nothing earth-shattering.

    Wow the only thing wrong with this refrigerator is the ice and water sucks. No light there ice makes a mess when trying to fill a glass

    Nice refrigerator, but buy it somewhere else

    The refrigerator (which we eventually bought elsewhere) is fine; looks nice, keeps things cold, etc. but the delivery/customer service from Best Buy has been awful. They refused to install the refrigerator because our waterline was made of copper; in fact they would not even bring the unit into our kitchen! A month later, we're **still** fighting with Best Buy to get a full refund.

    Buyer Beware of product and Geek Squad Service

    Where do I start. Water dispenser constantly drips, family hub center started malfunctioning immediately after set-up. Was told geek squad would come out to fix right away, 6 days later they came out and couldn’t fix saying they had to order computer part. Made appointment for 1 week later only to call me 1hr before arrival time to say piece is on back order and won’t be in for over a month.

    The doors make an annoying noise when closing, I think it is because they are a bit heavy due to the screen they have.
