||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchase this refrigerator when they delivered it there’s a lot of dent the delivery guy took a picture & told us we can order another one and said we use it for the meantime since l don’t want to wait for more weeks again to order l called Best Buy just to gave me a discount so in short they told me they’ll send me $150.00 gift card & told me it took 3-5 business days l called again 3x until now l didn’t receive it. Anyone can help me this.thank you!

Speaker Issues...

I called best buy asking for a replacement and they told me to wait 24hrs until the order status gets updated...

Not worth it

DO NOT BUY

After 4 months it quit working. Samsung refuses to replace it. We’ve had the repair man out 3 times and it still isn’t fixed. 5 weeks we have been without a working refrigerator. Terrible customer service.

Fridge is fine Do not buy from best buy.

My life saver

I should have taken photos of my old fridge which I had “abused” for years. I always complain with my husband that the old fridge doesn’t have space for anything. That’s the reason why we chose Samsung refrigerator with Large interior capacity (26.7 cu. ft.) that fits more groceries. I like Samsung new modern design which fit beautifully into the kitchen. Another feature that I like about Samsung refrigerator is fingerprint-resistant finish, especially for family with little kids. The finish that withstands everyday smudges, so I spend less time cleaning. My son likes to draw on the whiteboard app. After that, I just wiped it with damp cloth and it looks like new again. The All-around cooling feature keeps items on every shelf evenly cooled. LED lighting designed to beautifully light up the interior of the refrigerator, so you can quickly spot what you want. Adjustable top shelf can easily be adjusted to fit taller items and provide flexible storage. Gallon door provides more shelf space inside the refrigerator. Two clear drawers make it easier to view, organize, and access your fruits and vegetables.Door alarm alerts you, if the refrigerator or freezer doors are left open. There are still many features that I haven’t figured about my new refrigerator including Pandora music, Ring doorbell connection, web browser,etc. I’m sure we made right choice to choose Samsung brand for my new refrigerator. I would highly recommend Samsung refrigerator.
