Don't buy Samsung
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy a Samsung refrigerator. I bought this refrigerator and have had nothing but problems. The refrigerator section is inconsistent at best. My refrigerator maintains a temperature between 50 and 70 degrees. The freezer keeps food frozen, but freezer burns food also. I've had to turn the ice maker off because it was leaking under the refrigerator when on. I have tried contacting Samsung and they want to charge someone to come out and take a look. There's thousands of people that have had trouble with Samsung refrigerators. If you look on social media, you'll find plenty of people with their own stories about this brand and the known issues with their ice makers and problems.

Not living upto potential

Estimate to purchase a new computer board is $500. That one pary isnt covered by any warranty . Fridge cant work if the computer board is broke. Ice make is loud and doesnt make good ice either . Really dont need the I-Spy Alexa . Will never buy another fridge with any extra like an Alexa . 3 years and the key component the computer board goes out. So disappointed about Samsung meant quality. We were wrong . Pretty much anything else on the fridge was covered by our warranty but key thing . So they Samsung know then that part is faulty . Will go GE or one of the other brands whove been making fridges for decades . We dont even buy their TVs . Sony gets that business . Look at other brands . Its gonna cost us close ro a $1000 to fix it . 75% of todays cost .
