    Nothing but problems

    The fridge is beautiful but has been nothing but problems since 2 days after putting it in. Not to mention it took 6 weeks to even receive the fridge and washer & dryer. So I called Samsung for service because it quit cooling and they said they could have someone come out in 5 days so I called Geek Squad after being talked into becoming a member just to find out that they couldn’t come out for 10 days. All my food went bad because it turned out that it had a freon leak and the compressor went out. Had to wait another 8 days for parts and now we’re still waiting to see if it’s fixed! We may end up having to have Samsung replace it but honestly it shouldn’t take this long. I bought $4,000 in stuff including the fridge, washer & dryer and other items and am severely disappointed in both the manufacturer and the Seller.

    This refrigerator is beautiful and Alexa was amazing. Unfortunately, the freezee never worked and the fridge remained at around 70 degrees. We lost most of our frozen food. Thankfully they are sending us a replacement, unfortunately it will be another Samsung. Such a disappointment for a beautiful model. We never had any issues with our Samsung washer and dryer.

    Product missing a tray and on the 13thday after delivery, I called to complain about a missing part. After 3 failed chat and 2 phone calls in 4 days I was able to resolve but they tell me I'm outside the return window. Best buy sucks. I used to buy a lot of products here but no more! I even paid for geek squad installation.

    The item freezer door was broken when staff brought it to me. The freezer door is still broken. After 2 weeks of having the refrigerator and going to the store, a repair man suppose to come and see it he can fix it. If not i will return this product to the store.

    When my fridge arrive got a big hit in the side I call bestbuy but they don’t care at all , I know you don’t care but I’m paying $1600 for this fridge that’s to much money for something is used or hit

    Never was able to get my delivery had to wait to long then when it came for delivery it didnt fit they sent an agent out she told me it does fit and said she would reorder then i would have the fridge i wanted in the fisrt place bit it dodnt happy hope whoever orders this tirns out good

    I purchased this refrigerator on June 3rd 2023 and by 8/15/2024 the refrigerator stopped making ice and continued to say the freezer and refrigerator temperature is reading unusually high, all of my food spoiled and had to throw it away, i researched trouble shooting videos and found one that showed me how to force thaw it through the engineer mode, that seemed to work and the refrigerator was back to normal that is until January of 2025 where it stopped cooling completely had to get a technician to come over and diagnose it, he came to the conclusion it had a faulty control board, ordered me a new one and installed it, that fixed the problem until 6/5/2025 where once again it stopped making ice and stopped cooling!!! I have the warranty from thw repairs done the last time and once again the technician determine the comtrol board went bad on it. This has been by far the worse refrigerator i have evwr owned no more samsung producta for me.

    Purchased in October of 2023. Had icemaker replaced almost immediately under warranty. Just over 2 years later, after the cooling system stopped working and the water stopped dispensing, a service technician determined the fridge needed to replace parts that would cost approximately $800. This cost comes after we paid $140 just for the diagnosis through Samsung service. Such a bummer.

    3rd Party Delivery and 3rd Party Customer Service

    If I could give a negative number I would. Received multiple text confirming delivery time and never showed up. Called multiple times said it was still enroute to be delivered...waited from 8 am to 8 pm on a Saturday. By 8:10 pm. I asked to reschedule and was told I can't reschedule! I called next business day rescheduled and on the day it was to be delivered after taking off work I received a call thinking it was on its way and was told it was rescheduled for the following Saturday!!!! No one can tell me why the order was rescheduled....The previous night I received the range hood and was told it cannot be hardwired after I was told it could be and that had to be returned....I canceled the entire order!! Never again....

    I am extremely disappointed with Samsung and Best Buy’s customer service and product. Had a similar model, and it never worked well. The ice maker was supposedly fixed (twice) but never actually worked. Refrigerator and freezer completely stopped working, now. Contacted store and Samsung. It was beyond difficult to get anyone to handle the issue. Scheduled a service appointment and assumed it was with Samsung. It was actually a 3rd party that Samsung contracted with. Stated the service rep doesn’t work on Saturdays but charged my credit card. Very dissatisfied!

    Product good, not satisfied with Best Buy Delivery

    Product overall was nice and satisfied with the refrigerator, giving one star not on product but because of Best Buy overall handling of delivery and installation as got the delivery of Refrigerator after 4th attempt and after one month of original order date, first 3 attempts failed because of 3rd party vendors and installers lack of customer service skills Best Buy use and the way they handled the situation instead of finding the right solution for customers, when I received the refrigerator I saw 3 or 4 ding spots on front door of refrigerator and when called customer service they couldn't do anything about it, also spent extra few hundred dollars in plumbing to have water line installed they way installers wanted to make the installation successful which was not necessary if not for Best Buy Installers

    The product is good but the service from Best Buy was terrible two days of vacation wasted and then I had to pick it up by myself why they just canceled my appointments twice the first time the driver called us. It’s damaged. They make another appointment three days later, and they just canceled it with not telling us then we was going in the store after three hour phone call and we picked the same fridge up what they normally want to deliver us by the first time with the damage why it was a scratch on the side.

    Screen Broke Lost all my Food

    The fridge was great for about ten minutes until the screen broke while setting it up. The temperature settings for this model can only be controlled using the screen so when that broke during the initial setup I couldn’t adjust the temperature from whatever the default settings were which was too high to keep my food at the proper temperature. I called Best Buy to try to either get the fridge repaired immediately, replaced immediately or to have the delivery drivers return the fridge they took and it’s been 4 days of being told sorry there isn’t anything we can do until the fridge is back in stock. My food has all gone bad by this point and Best Buy still has not been able to do anything for me. A fridge that I was very excited about getting has turned into a nightmare that is still going on. I’ve been sitting on hold for over an hour as I am writing this because I just keep being transferred around between departments with no one attempting to do anything to rectify the situation. Learn from my mistake, don’t count on best buy to do anything to help you if there’s a problem with your new fridge, save your old one until your sure there are no problems with the new one.

    Have always had good luck with Samsung appliances. Unfortunately on recent move we bought new Samsung washer, dryer and refridge. Very disappointed with the Samsung refridge. The feezer side works fine but unfortunately the refrige side acts like a freezer as well. Have followed manual and have raised temp to 44 degrees but still temperature still 32.7 degrees. Have lost all food on refridge side as it is frozen and still waiting for Best Buy to come out and repair it. More to come whenever we can get someone out to repair it.

    Speakers are horrible, there is only one light in the refrigerator at it’s at the very top, so if you put anything more then a few items on the shelves then you can’t see. Camera sucks. Doors suck too we have already smashed our fingers. The whole water /ice maker system…sucks! If you use anything other than a perfect glass, ice shavings get everywhere! Water misses the mark on most occasions and I’m a pro at aiming. No light for the water dispenser, who does that? Oh and you can’t just reach in and get ice either it’s hard to get ice out. The outside gets dirty quick. It would be a great fridge if they completely redesigned it. Stay away! I will not buy anymore Samsung products ever.

    Honestly I thought we were purchasing a super fancy and cool fridge. However, there ate lots of things that it still needs in order to become what they promote it as….the ice and water dispenser doesn’t have a light, the family hub freezes u cant do many things on it unless u have an android/samsung device many features dont work properly and its realy poor quality well too me atleast.

    Refridgerator good. Delivery not so much. So long story shirt the 1st fridge was leaking ao i glt a replacement. Delivery guy told me my existing fridge just needs the rubes connected under it. I insisted i still would like replacement dont feel comfortable already having an issue. So he goes get the replacement and tells me the replacement is damaged so cant bring it in. 2 days off from work and best buy tells me its ok cus it comes woth a 1 year warranty from samsung.

    Problems with cooling after coupe of months

    Purchased on 02.21.2024. After two weeks the fridge started to show change the filter message.. After a month we started receiving multiple abnormal temperature alerts, waking us up with the load sound in the middle of the night. on 05.10.2024 fridge started leaking, ice defrosting. Contacted Samsung, trouble shooting done remotely, fridge does not hold the temperature, automatically jumps up and down to strange degrees such as 28F for freezer, and 1F for the fridge...Do not recommend.

    This refrigerator is TERRIBLE!! I have had several issues with it! First it was the ice maker after only having it a couple of months and then last week (15 months after it getting delivered) the mother board went out, I have lost all my food and the authorized Samsung repair shop is making me wait 7 days before coming to repair it....Thanksgiving is in two days and I DON'T have a refridgerator, UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
