    Pros: Really like the freezer storage. I didn't realize how bad my previous was until I got this one. Smart features are nice. Cons: Icemaker is a total deal breaker, very loud, barely makes ice, crushes ice even on cube setting. No night light on ice/water despenser, smart screen takes up valuable door/shelf space making them only suitable for condiments, storage in the doors not so good, not enough spacing for milk/soda anything you may normally store in the doors, that said, storage everywhere else is good, however, wish shelves were adjustable . The good things are good however the cons are a real problem, you should definitely do your research before buying this one, and I will likely replace this one first chance I get just to quite the family.

    I love the fridge and the home service and in person agent was great but not the phone rep. We were able to have it delivered in a fast and timely manner. The only downfall was it was missing one of the freezer drawers which was a bit odd. Then when I called Best Buy they told me I had to call Samsung and get if figured out with them it wasn’t there problem basically. Samsung customer service was great! They got it delivered to me within 3 days. Best Buy customer service was terrible and could care less about my problem. If it wasn’t for that then I would give a higher rating. I absolutely love my fridge now that I have all the parts for it. The touch screen is amazing because I can listen to music while my little one watches his shows. If you have a family I highly recommend this fridge. The only downfall is the water/ice feature. You have to make sure your cup isn’t all the way to the back or the water will not go into your cup or get a big enough cup that has a big enough rim that reaches that far.

    I bought this fridge Oct 2023 when purchasing my home because I loved the idea of being able to watch tv while cooking or listening to music but it’s beyond limited in what you can watch! You have to have a Samsung tv to stream to it and it has to be a certain kind not all work :( I have two Samsung TVs and only one stream to it… It’s also now June and the touch screen works when it wants I’m sick of it already but it had great space the tv option is trash

    There were so many issues with this purchase. I was charged for setup and the fridge was not set up. The water line was not hooked up. I was told I needed to pay an additional fee of $300+ to get it hooked up. Then one of the shelves is missing from the freezer. And before it was ever delivered my delivery was canceled without notification and I took off a day of work waiting for a delivery that was never made. It was then rescheduled and delivered on a date that was not previously agreed upon, which was different than the scheduled delivery date. I had to hurry and make sure someone could be at my house as the driver stated they were 10 minutes away from my house. When I call to speak with someone regarding this ordeal, I’m left on hold for more than an hour.

    The ice maker barely makes ice. Its very spacious otherwise but navigating the apps arent that easy though very entertaining at the same time. The price is great for this size

    The fridge is nice BUT I'm very disappointed and upset with the care of this product. I waited a few months to FINALLY get my new fridge, upon delivery, both sides was dented, I got 125 gift card.... I'm still waiting on, then I noticed three more dents on the left door and more dents and scratches on the side of the door. For 2000 dollars, ummm this thing is beat up for that price.

    We are a fan of this fridge but it came with damage on the side. It seemed to have been tampered with before it arrived. The color is great and being smartphone compatible is so cool. However, the drawers are SO DEEP and items get lost super easily. They should have put 3+ drawers instead of just 2.

    I love and hate this fridge. The screen and technology on board is amazing. It’s a big fridge with lots of space. But the ice maker is REALLY small and takes forever to make ice. It’s so bad that I’ve reached the point of regretting this purchase.

    We ended up returning it. The refrigerator was a good size but the family hub screen sucked. The "screen" on the front could only uses a few apps none of which we used. So it pretty much was useless just a calendar, pictures and clock. No light above the water dispenser and no drip tray. Get use to cleaning up water because you can't see.

    The fridge is great. We all enjoy it as a family! It cools great and does what a refrigerator is supposed to do while having a screen, that makes the experience even better. However, the delivery service from Best Buy was not good. Initially, they had not explained to us the details of how the installation worked and it was a very messy and confusing process. In the end they tried to charge us for the times the delivery people would come when the issues were not our fault after they had told us free of charge. Therefore, I simply installed it myself. The issue overall is that their delivery system is very unorganized and if I would have know it was going to be messy I would have just installed it myself the first time.

    This wasn't a planned purchase and I couldn't be without a fridge for over a month. This refrigerator was available under a week and was equivalent in size to the onen we replaced. No issues at all with it

    Im really disappointed in the ice maker. It stopped working within a few months. Took them a couple visits to fix. But it doesn't make ice very fast. We are just a family of 3 and it doesn't make enough for us. It doesn't fill the bucket up over night. I love everything else. But would not recommend or buy again.

    Love the large touch screen and the size of the inside. Not a fan of the ice dispenser but that isn't a high usage item for me. Wish there was more than the single light for the inside.

    Other than Ice Maker pretty good refrigerator

    We returned this refrigerator mainly because it was too big for our space. We swapped it out for the counter depth one. We had issues with the ice maker on both units. Samsung came out a few days ago and replaced the entire ice maker. Other than that the counter depth unit has worked for us.
